Sadece ayetin mealiyle yetinmek \u201cgul\u00fbl\u201d <\/strong>belas\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l b\u00fcy\u00fck bir felaket oldu\u011funu anlamaya k\u00e2fi gelmeyebilir; fakat bu Hak kelam\u0131n\u0131n sebeb-i n\u00fczul\u00fcne, hadislerdeki onunla ilgili misallere ve m\u00fcfessirlerin yorumlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda insan\u0131n kan\u0131n\u0131 donduracak bir tablo \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r ortaya.<\/p>\n

Ne demektir gul\u00fbl; nas\u0131l bir afettir? Gul\u00fbl; hakk\u0131 olmayan bir \u015feyi almak, ona el uzatmak, ondan yararlanmak; kamu mal\u0131ndan gizli bir \u015fey a\u015f\u0131rmak, emanete h\u0131yanette bulunmak ve ganimetten mal ka\u00e7\u0131rmak gibi manalara gelmektedir. Devletin imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullanmak da bu t\u00fcrden bir g\u00fcnaht\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bazen bir koyun, bir tavuk, bir yumurta.. bazen millet haz\u00eenesine ait bir \u00e7uval para.. bazen liyakatsizli\u011fe ra\u011fmen tutulan bir makam, mans\u0131p ve paye.. bazen de bir tahakk\u00fcm vesilesi ve balyoz indirme gereci olarak gasp edilen g\u00fc\u00e7, kuvvet ve sermaye… hak edilmeksizin sahiplenilen ve gayr-i me\u015fru yollarla ele ge\u00e7irilen her imkan gul\u00fbld\u00fcr ve vebaldir.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sahih-i Buhari ve M\u00fcslim\u2019de rivayet edildi\u011fine g\u00f6re, Ebu Hureyre (rad\u0131yallahu anh) \u015funu anlat\u0131r: \u201cRas\u00fblullah (sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem) bir g\u00fcn aram\u0131zda aya\u011fa kalkt\u0131, \u2018gul\u00fbl\u2019\u00fc zikretti, vebalinin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc anlatt\u0131 ve \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu: \u201cK\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fcnde birinizi boynunda b\u00f6\u011f\u00fcren bir deve, ki\u015fneyen bir at, meleyen bir koyun, feryad eden bir nefis, h\u0131\u015f\u0131rt\u0131 yap\u0131p duran demet demet ka\u011f\u0131tlar veya \u00f6n\u00fcnde tang\u0131rday\u0131p duran bir z\u0131rh ile g\u00f6rmeyeyim. Neredeyse b\u00fct\u00fcn hadis kitaplar\u0131nda riv\u00e2yet edilen \u015fu h\u00e2dise de i\u015fin ciddiyetini g\u00f6stermektedir: Adiyy b. \u00c2mire el-Kind\u00ee anlat\u0131yor: Allah Ras\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00f6yledi\u011fini i\u015fittim: \u201cSizden birini bir i\u015f i\u00e7in t\u00e2yin etti\u011fimizde, o bizden bir i\u011fneyi veya i\u011fneden daha de\u011fersiz bir \u015feyi gizleyecek olsa, bu bir gul\u00fbld\u00fcr (h\u0131y\u00e2nettir). Adam, \u201cSenin \u015f\u00f6yle \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00f6yledi\u011fini i\u015fittim!\u201d<\/strong> deyince Hazreti S\u00e2d\u0131k u Masd\u00fbk (aleyhissal\u00e2tu vessel\u00e2m) meselenin ehemmiyetini tekid eden \u015fu cevab\u0131 verdi: \u201cBen ayn\u0131 \u015feyleri \u015fimdi bir kere daha tekrar ediyorum: Sizden birini bir vaz\u00eefeye t\u00e2yin edersek, az \u00e7ok ne elde ettiyse, getirsin. Ondan kendisine taraf\u0131m\u0131zdan verileni als\u0131n, men edilenden ka\u00e7\u0131ns\u0131n.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u0130nsan\u0131 deh\u015fete d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren ba\u015fka bir misali yine Ebu H\u00fcreyre (rad\u0131yallahu anh) anlatmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n

Ras\u00fblullah (sallall\u00e2hu aleyhi ve sellem) ile birlikte Hayber m\u00fccahedesine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k; Allah bize fethi m\u00fcyesser k\u0131ld\u0131. Ganimet olarak sadece e\u015fya, yiyecek ve giyecek ald\u0131k. Sonra V\u00e2di\u2019l-kur\u00e2\u2019ya \u00e7ekildik. Bir adam, g\u00f6lgeli\u011fe girmek i\u00e7in aya\u011fa kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131 esnada kendisine bir ok isabet etti, eceli de bundan oldu. Bunun \u00fczerine biz, \u201cOna \u015fehadet m\u00fcbarek olsun!\u201d<\/strong> dedik. Ras\u00fblullah (aleyhissal\u00e2tu vessel\u00e2m) \u201cHay\u0131r! Muhammed\u2019in nefsi kudret elinde olan Allah \u2019a yemin ederim ki, hen\u00fcz taksim edilmemi\u015f olan Hayber ganimetlerinden alm\u0131\u015f bulundu\u011fu \u015fu h\u0131rka ate\u015f olmu\u015f, onun \u00fczerinde alev alev yanmaktad\u0131r! \u201d<\/strong> buyurdu. Bu s\u00f6z \u00fczerine herkesi bir korku sarm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Derken bir adam bir veya iki adet pabu\u00e7 tasmas\u0131 getirdi; \u201cY\u00e2 Ras\u00fblallah! Bunu Hayber\u2019de alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m!\u201d<\/strong> dedi. Her zaman insanlar\u0131n \u00e2hiretini ve ebed\u00ee hayat\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen \u015eefkat Peygamberi, kamu mal\u0131ndan a\u015f\u0131rman\u0131n, r\u00fc\u015fvetin ve h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6tede ate\u015f olup m\u00fccrimlerin ba\u015f\u0131na dolanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildi\u011finden, h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k yapm\u0131\u015f bir kad\u0131n\u0131 affetmesi i\u00e7in \u015fefaat\u00e7i olmak \u00fczere kendisine m\u00fcracaat eden bir sahabiye sitemde bulunmu\u015f; sonra da minbere \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p \u015funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir:<\/p>\n

\u201cSizden evvelki \u00fcmmetler, h\u00fck\u00fcmleri sadece zay\u0131flara tatbik etmekten dolay\u0131 hel\u00e2k oldular. Onlar soylu ve asil bir insan h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda h\u00fckm\u00fc tatbik etmezlerdi. Allah \u2019a yemin ederim, k\u0131z\u0131m Fat\u0131ma dahi h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k yapm\u0131\u015f olsayd\u0131, hi\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeden onun elini de keserdim!\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hayrettir ki, Kur\u2019\u00e2n \u00f6yle dedi\u011fi, Efendimiz bunlar\u0131 emretti\u011fi ve din bu konuda de\u011fi\u015fmez \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler vazeyledi\u011fi halde, bir k\u0131s\u0131m kimseler \u201c\u00c7al\u0131yor ama \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor!\u201d<\/strong> diyebiliyorlar; y\u00fczde yirmilerden bahsedip \u201cHep ba\u015fkalar\u0131 a\u015f\u0131rd\u0131, biraz da bizimkiler yesinler!\u201d<\/strong> anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na sahip olabiliyorlar ve \u201cMadem sadece kendileri alm\u0131yor, bizimle de payla\u015f\u0131yorlar, g\u00f6z yumal\u0131m ki kurulu d\u00fczenimiz bozulmas\u0131n!\u201d <\/strong>inhiraf\u0131na girebiliyorlar.<\/p>\n

Halbuki, insanlar\u0131n en \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 Ras\u00fbl-\u00fc Ekrem Efendimiz h\u00fccre-i saadetinde kamu mal\u0131na ait bir alt\u0131n para ya da bir hurma kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlay\u0131nca imametini bekleyen cemaati orac\u0131kta b\u0131rak\u0131p hemen o mal\u0131 yerine teslim etmek i\u00e7in ko\u015fuyor, onun hesab\u0131ndan korkuyordu. Hazreti Ebu Bekir, hizmet\u00e7isinin getirdi\u011fi bir s\u00fct\u00fc i\u00e7tikten sonra onun haram oldu\u011funu \u00f6\u011frenince hemen istifra ediyor, kendisini isti\u011ffar ve tevbeye sal\u0131yordu. Hazreti \u00d6mer’in, \u00f6zel i\u015fini g\u00f6r\u00fcrken, devlete ait olan\u0131 s\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcp kendisine ait mumu yakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmeyen var m\u0131d\u0131r? Hazreti \u00d6mer bin Abd\u00fclaziz\u2019in, yan\u0131na ganimet mal\u0131ndan misk getirildi\u011finde burnunu t\u0131kad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve “Bunun faydas\u0131 kokusudur, bu ise M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n hakk\u0131d\u0131r” dedi\u011fi rivayet edilir.<\/p>\n

Yol, \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u0130ftihar Tablosu\u2019nun ve Hulefa-i Ra\u015fidinin yoludur.<\/strong> Onlar\u0131n yol ve y\u00f6ntemlerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcmek ise \u201cyolsuzluk\u201d<\/strong>tur. Evet \u201cBu ismet, Allah Ras\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn ahlak\u0131d\u0131r. Bu iffet selef-i salihin efendilerimizin ahlak\u0131d\u0131r. Ger\u00e7ek ahlak bu ise, ba\u015fka t\u00fcrl\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen ve davrananlara \u2018Siz ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f nereye gidiyorsunuz? \u2019 demezler mi?!.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bu c\u00fcmleleri okurken hayalen bir sene \u00f6ncesinde dola\u015f\u0131yorum. Haks\u0131z kazan\u00e7 elde etme, \u00e7\u0131kar sa\u011flama, n\u00fcfuz ticareti yapma, yarg\u0131da fi\u015fleme ve kadrola\u015fma; medya \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, yarg\u0131 kararlar\u0131na, serbest piyasaya ve kamu ihalelerine m\u00fcdahale gibi kanunsuzluklar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi uluslararas\u0131 alanda zora sokacak bir k\u0131s\u0131m ili\u015fki ve irtibatlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleyen bir d\u00fczine fezleke sa\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ortal\u0131\u011fa.<\/p>\n

\u0130nan\u0131lacak gibi de\u011fildi. \u201cMuhafazak\u00e2r demokrat\u201d<\/strong> olma iddias\u0131ndaki siyasilerin bu derece anti-demokratik, illegal ve \u00e7irkin i\u015fler yapmalar\u0131; dindar kimliklerinden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc kendilerine \u00fcmit ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f insanlar\u0131n b\u00f6yle gayr-i me\u015fru fiillere dalmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ek olamazd\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u00c7oklar\u0131 gibi derinden sars\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve inanmak istememi\u015ftim dinleyip okuduklar\u0131ma. Hele \u201cS\u0131f\u0131rlad\u0131n\u0131z m\u0131 paray\u0131?\u201d sorusuna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k \u201cS\u0131f\u0131rlamad\u0131k hen\u00fcz babac\u0131\u011f\u0131m.\u201d<\/strong> diyen o\u011flun hazin sesini duyunca h\u00e2kim olamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m g\u00f6zya\u015flar\u0131ma. Bir insan olarak o evlad\u0131n kurbanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na a\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m ve bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olarak da din\u00ee referanslar kullan\u0131larak i\u015flenen c\u00fcr\u00fcmlerden m\u00fccrimler ad\u0131na \u00e7ok utanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m.<\/p>\n

Diyelim ki, bir insan heva ve hevesine uyup yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131kla bir patikaya girdi; fakat bir baba evlad\u0131na nas\u0131l k\u0131yabilir? Kendi g\u00fcnah\u0131na yavrusunu nas\u0131l vas\u0131ta yapabilir? Hele bir m\u00fc\u2019min, ci\u011ferparesinin, ahiretini karartmas\u0131na nas\u0131l g\u00f6z yumabilir? Bir soru daha; kendi \u00e7ocu\u011funa bu k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yapan \u015fah\u0131s ya da \u015fah\u0131slar di\u011fer insanlara neler neler yapmaz? Nitekim kendi g\u00fcnahlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rtebilmek i\u00e7in bir senedir ne zul\u00fcmler ne zul\u00fcmler irtikap ediyorlar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oysa, yolsuzluk, r\u00fc\u015fvet, h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k g\u00fcnaht\u0131r.. ama bunlar\u0131n da tevbesi vard\u0131r. Pi\u015fman olup samimi bir \u015fekilde tevbeye duranlar\u0131 Allah da ba\u011f\u0131\u015flar, millet de affeder.<\/p>\n

Ke\u015fke tevbe etse ve \u0131slah-\u0131 hal eyleselerdi. Ke\u015fke bir g\u00fcnah\u0131 daha b\u00fcy\u00fck c\u00fcr\u00fcmlerle perdeleme yoluna gitmeselerdi. Ke\u015fke r\u00fc\u015fvete, ihtik\u00e2ra, ihtilasa a\u00e7\u0131k makamlarda bulunanlar, imk\u00e2n musluklar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda oturanlar ve s\u0131rf \u015fahsi menfaatle onlara alk\u0131\u015f tutanlar en az\u0131ndan Hazreti Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n \u015fu s\u00f6z\u00fcne kulak verselerdi:<\/p>\n

\u201cEhl-i d\u00fcnya, hususan ehl-i dal\u00e2let, paras\u0131n\u0131 ucuz vermez, pek pahal\u0131 satar. Bir senelik hayat-\u0131 d\u00fcnyeviyeye bir derece yard\u0131m edecek bir mala mukabil, hadsiz bir hayat-\u0131 ebediyeyi tahrip etmeye bazen vesile olur. O pis h\u0131rsla, gazab-\u0131 \u0130l\u00e2h\u00eeyi kendine celb eder ve ehl-i dal\u00e2letin r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 celbe \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. (…) Bahusus size verilen o gayr-\u0131 me\u015fru para, sizden, ona mukabil bin kat fazla fiyat isteyecek. Hem her saati size ebed\u00ee bir hazineyi a\u00e7abilir olan hizmet-i Kur\u2019\u00e2niyeye sed \u00e7ekebilir veya f\u00fctur verir.
