Medineli Ensar\u2019a Resulullah Efendimiz\u2019in (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) geli\u015fini m\u00fcjdeleyen ki\u015fi bir yahudiydi.<\/p>\n

Ensar \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131yor: Resulullah\u2019\u0131n (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) Mekke\u2019den \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duyunca Medine\u2019ye geli\u015fini d\u00f6rt g\u00f6zle beklemeye koyulduk. Sabah namaz\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra mahalle meydan\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar, Resulullah\u2019\u0131 (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) beklerdik. Vallahi g\u00fcne\u015fin \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6lgelere galebe \u00e7alana kadar yerimizden ayr\u0131lmazd\u0131k, ancak bir g\u00f6lge bulamazsak i\u00e7eri girerdik. Tabii bu s\u0131cak g\u00fcnlerde b\u00f6yle oluyordu. Resulullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) Medine\u2019yi \u015fereflendirece\u011fi g\u00fcn geldi\u011finde her zamanki gibi oturup yolunu g\u00f6zledik, ta ki g\u00f6lge kalmay\u0131nca kalk\u0131p evlerimize gittik. Biz evlerimize girdi\u011fimiz vakit Resulullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) Medine\u2019ye v\u00e2s\u0131l oldu. K\u00e2inat\u0131n \u0130ftihar Tablosu\u2019nu ilk g\u00f6ren bir yahudi idi. Bizim binbir heyacanla bekleyip g\u00f6rmek istedi\u011fimizi o g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ve avaz\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar \u201cEy Kayle o\u011fullar\u0131! \u0130\u015fte atan\u0131z geldi.\u201d diye ba\u011f\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n

Evlerimizden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p Resulullah\u2019\u0131n (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) yan\u0131na gittik. Onunla ayn\u0131 ya\u015fta olan Hz. Ebu Bekir ile beraber bir hurma a\u011fac\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6lgesinde idiler. \u00c7o\u011fumuz daha \u00f6nce Resulullah\u2019\u0131 (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) g\u00f6rmemi\u015fti. Bunun i\u00e7in baz\u0131lar\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131lar ve Ebu Bekir\u2019i O zannettiler. Nihayet g\u00f6lge Resulullah taraf\u0131ndan ayr\u0131l\u0131nca Ebu Bekir kalkt\u0131 ve O\u2019na elbisesi ile g\u00f6lgelik yapt\u0131 da ancak \u00f6yle bilebildik kimin Allah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc oldu\u011funu.<\/p>\n

Res\u00fblullah\u2019\u0131n (s.a.s.) Muhacir ile Ensar Aras\u0131nda Yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 Vesika ve Yahudilerle Muahedesi<\/p>\n

\u0130bn-i \u0130shak anlat\u0131yor: Resulullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem), Muhacir ile ensar aras\u0131nda bir vesika yazd\u0131. Ayn\u0131 zamanda Yahudilerle muahede yaparak onlarla anla\u015ft\u0131. Onlar\u0131 din ve mallar\u0131 konusunda \u00f6zg\u00fcr b\u0131rakt\u0131, onlara bir tak\u0131m \u015fartlar ko\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Bismiil\u00e2hirrahm\u00e2nirrah\u00eem. Bu anla\u015fma, Peygamber Muhammed (sallallahu aley\u00achi ve sellem) taraf\u0131ndan Kurey\u015fH ve Yesribli m\u00fcminler ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar ve bunlara t\u00e2bi olanlarla yine onlara sonradan iltihak etmi\u015f olanlar ve onlarla beraber ci- had edenler i\u00e7in tanzim edilmi\u015ftir, i\u015fte bunlar, di\u011fer insanlardan ayr\u0131 bir \u00fcmmet (c\u00e2mia) te\u015fkil ederler.<\/p>\n

Kurey\u015f \u00a0Muh\u00e2cirler, kendi aralar\u0131nda \u00e2det oldu\u011fu \u00fczere kan diyetlerini \u00f6demeye i\u015ftirak ederler ve onlar harp esirlerinin fidye-i nec\u00e2t\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcminler aras\u0131ndaki iyi ve m\u00e2kul bilinen esaslara ve adalet ilkelerine g\u00f6re \u00f6demeye i\u015ftirak edeceklerdir.<\/p>\n

Avf o\u011fullar\u0131, kendi aralar\u0131nda \u00e2det oldu\u011fu \u00fczere, evvelki \u015fekiller alt\u0131nda kan diyetlerini \u00f6demeye kat\u0131lacaklar ve (M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n te\u015fkil etti\u011fi) her z\u00fcmre, harp esirlerinin f\u0131dye-i nec\u00e2t\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcminler aras\u0131ndaki iyi ve m\u00e2kul bilinen esaslara ve adalet ilkelerine g\u00f6re \u00f6demeye i\u015ftirak edeceklerdir.<\/p>\n

Takva dairesinde ya\u015fayan m\u00fcminler, kendi aralar\u0131nda m\u00fctecavize ve haks\u0131z bir fiil tasarlayan, c\u00fcr\u00fcm, hakka tecav\u00fcz veyahut da m\u00fcminler aras\u0131nda bir kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k \u00e7\u0131karma kasd\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan kimseye kar\u015f\u0131 olacaklar ve bu kimse onlardan birinin evl\u00e2d\u0131 bile olsa, hepsinin elleri onun aleyhine kalkacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Hi\u00e7bir m\u00fcmin, bir k\u00e2fir i\u00e7in, bir m\u00fcmini \u00f6ld\u00fcremez ve bir m\u00fcmin aleyhine hi\u00e7bir k\u00e2fire yard\u0131m edemez. Allah\u2019\u0131n zimmeti (himaye ve teminat\u0131) bir tekdir; (m\u00fcminlerin en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn himayesi) onlar\u0131n hepsi i\u00e7in h\u00fck\u00fcm ifade eder. Zira m\u00fcminler, di\u011fer insanlardan ayr\u0131 olarak birbirlerinin mevl\u00e2s\u0131 (karde\u015fi) durumundad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n

Yahudilerden bize t\u00e2bi olanlar, zulme u\u011framaks\u0131z\u0131n ve onlara muar\u0131z olanlarla yard\u0131mla\u015fmaks\u0131z\u0131n, yard\u0131m ve deste\u011fimize hak kazanacaklard\u0131r. Sulh, m\u00fcminler aras\u0131nda bir tekdir. Hi\u00e7bir m\u00fcmin Allah yolunda giri\u015filen bir harpte, di\u011fer m\u00fc-minleri h\u00e2ri\u00e7 tutarak, bir sulh anla\u015fmas\u0131 akdedemez; bu sulh, ancak onlar (m\u00fc-minler) aras\u0131nda adalet ve e\u015fitlik esaslar\u0131 \u00fczerine yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Hi\u00e7bir m\u00fc\u015frik, bir Kurey\u015flinin mal ve can\u0131n\u0131 himayesi alt\u0131na alamaz ve hi\u00e7bir m\u00fcmine bu hususta engel olamaz (yani Kurey\u015fliye h\u00fccum etmesine m\u00e2ni olamaz). Herhangi bir kimsenin, bir m\u00fcminin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne sebep oldu\u011fu kat\u00ee delillerle sabit olur da makt\u00fbl\u00fcn vel\u00eesi r\u0131za g\u00f6stermezse, k\u0131sas h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine t\u00e2bi olur; bu h\u00e2lde b\u00fct\u00fcn m\u00fcminler ona kar\u015f\u0131 olurlar. Ancak bunlara, sadece (bu kaidenin) tatbiki i\u00e7in hareket etmek hel\u00e2l (do\u011fru) olur.<\/p>\n

Bu sah\u00eefenin (anla\u015fman\u0131n) i\u00e7eri\u011fini kabul eden, Allah\u2019a ve ahiret g\u00fcn\u00fcne inanan bir m\u00fcminin bir k\u00e2tile yard\u0131m etmesi ve ona s\u0131\u011f\u0131nacak bir yer temin etmesi hel\u00e2l (do\u011fru) de\u011fildir; ona yard\u0131m eden veya s\u0131\u011f\u0131nacak bir yer g\u00f6steren k\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fc Allah\u2019\u0131n l\u00e2net ve gazab\u0131na u\u011frayacakt\u0131r ki o zaman art\u0131k kendisinden ne bir para \u00f6demesi ne de bir bedel al\u0131nmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusudur.<\/p>\n

\u00dczerinde ihtil\u00e2fa d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz herhangi bir \u015fey, Allah\u2019a ve Hz. Muhammed\u2019e (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclecektir Yahudiler, m\u00fcminler gibi, muharebe devam etti\u011fi m\u00fcddet\u00e7e (kendi harp) masraflar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak mecburiyetindedirler. Ben\u00ee Avf Yahudileri, m\u00fcminlerle birlikte bir \u00fcmmet (c\u00e2mia) te\u015fkil ederler. Yahudilerin dinleri kendilerine, m\u00fcminlerin dinleri kendilerinedir. Buna gerek mevl\u00e2lar gerekse bizzat kendileri dahildirler. Yaln\u0131z kim ki haks\u0131z bir fiil irtik\u00e2b eder veya bir c\u00fcr\u00fcm i\u015fler, o sadece kendine ve \u00e2ile efrad\u0131na zarar (vermi\u015f) olacakt\u0131r. Ben\u00ee<\/p>\n

Neccar Yahudileri de Ben\u00ee Avf Yahudileri gibi ayn\u0131 (haklara) sahip olacaklard\u0131r<\/p>\n

(Bir harp vukuunda) Yahudilerin masraflar\u0131 kendilerine ait ve m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n masraflar\u0131 da kendilerine aittir. Muhakkak ki bu sah\u00eefede (anla\u015fmada) g\u00f6sterilen kimselere harp a\u00e7anlara kar\u015f\u0131, onlar kendi aralar\u0131nda yard\u0131mla\u015fmayacaklard\u0131r. Onlar aras\u0131nda hay\u0131rh\u00e2hl\u0131k ve iyi davran\u0131\u015fta bulunacakt\u0131r. (Kaidelere) muhakkak riayet edilecek, bunlara ayk\u0131r\u0131 hareketler olmayacakt\u0131r. Hi\u00e7bir kimse, m\u00fcttefikine kar\u015f\u0131 bir c\u00fcr\u00fcm i\u015fleyemez: Muhakkak ki zulmedilene yard\u0131m edilecektir. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar ve Yahudiler aras\u0131nda, Yesrib\u2019e h\u00fccum edecek kimselere kar\u015f\u0131 yard\u0131mla\u015fma yap\u0131lacalit\u0131r. \u015eayet onlar (Yahudiler), (M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar taraf\u0131ndan) bir sulh akdetmeye veya bir sulh akdine i\u015ftirake davet olunurlarsa, bunu do\u011frudan do\u011fruya akdedecekler veya ona i\u015ftirak edeceklerdir. \u015eayet onlar (Yahudiler), (M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara) ayn\u0131 \u015feyleri teklif edecek olurlarsa, m\u00fc\u2019minlere kar\u015f\u0131 ayn\u0131 haklara sahip olacaklard\u0131r; din mevzuunda giri\u015filen harp vak\u2019alar\u0131 m\u00fcstesnad\u0131r. Her bir z\u00fcmre, kendilerine ait m\u0131nt\u0131kadan (gerek m\u00fcdafaa ve gerekse sair ihtiya\u00e7lar hususunda) mesuld\u00fcr. Kim ki bir harbe \u00e7\u0131kar, emniyette olur veya kim \u0130d Medine\u2019de kal\u0131rsa yine emniyet i\u00e7indedir; haks\u0131z bir fiil ve c\u00fcr\u00fcm i\u015fleme h\u00e2lleri m\u00fcstesnad\u0131r. Allah himayesini, (bu sah\u00eefeyi) tam bir sadakat ve dikkat i\u00e7inde muhafaza eden kimseler \u00fczerinde tutacakt\u0131r. Muhammed (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem), Allah\u2019\u0131n Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019d\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

Bu vesikadaki adalet, hak ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler aras\u0131ndaki uyum ve insicamda temess\u00fcl etmektedir; zira bu vesika, \u00f6zel d\u00een\u00ee \u015feairi yerine getirme hususunda bireylerin b\u00fct\u00fcn haklar\u0131ndan tutun da g\u00fcvenlik, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, can, mal, \u0131rz ve ibadet mek\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve kollanmas\u0131na kadar t\u00fcm haklar\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber\u2019in (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) Medine halk\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki bu vesikas\u0131 d\u00f6rt ana eksen etraf\u0131nda d\u00f6nmektedir:<\/p>\n

Birincisi: Herkes i\u00e7in bar\u0131\u015f ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131. Res\u00fblullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) bu vesikada \u015f\u00f6yle buyuruyor: \u201cHaks\u0131z bir fiil ve c\u00fcr\u00fcm i\u015fleme halleri m\u00fcstesna, harbe \u00e7\u0131kan da emniyettedir, Medine\u2019de kalan da. Allah\u2019\u0131n himayesi, (bu sah\u00eefeyi) tam bir sadakat ve dikkat i\u00e7inde muhafaza eden kimseleri koruyacakt\u0131r.\u201d Ve \u201cHimaye alt\u0131ndaki kimse (c\u00e2rr), bizzat himaye eden kimse gibidir; ne zulmedilir ne de (kendisi) c\u00fcr\u00fcm i\u015fler.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u0130kincisi: Herkesin d\u00een\u00ee \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc koruma. \u201cYahudilerin dini kendilerine, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n dini kendilerine aittir.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc: \u00c2dil bir \u015fekilde herkese, sosyal, siyas\u00ee ve asker\u00ee kat\u0131l\u0131m hakk\u0131 ve f\u0131rsat\u0131 verme.<\/p>\n

D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc: Ki\u015fisel sorumluluk ilkesini kabul etme, bu sorumlulu\u011fun temeli, hak ve adalet temelleri \u00fczerinde y\u00fckselen hukuku ilan etme ve buna uyacaklar\u0131na dair taraflardan onay almad\u0131r. Vesikada \u015f\u00f6yle denilmektedir: \u201cHer kim ne yaparsa kendi lehine veya aleyhine yapar. Allah, bu sahifedekilerin en iyisini ve do\u011frusunu desteklemektedir ve ki\u015fi m\u00fcttefik ve dostunun yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131 sebebiyle c\u00fcr\u00fcm i\u015flemi\u015f olamayaca\u011f\u0131 gibi bundan da mesul tutulamaz. Mazluma her zaman yard\u0131m edilir.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kurayza O\u011fullar\u0131n\u0131n Hainlik Edip Anla\u015fmay\u0131 Bozmalar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kurayza o\u011fullar\u0131n\u0131n Medine\u2019de Resulullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) ve m\u00fcminlere gadirde bulunup hiyanet etmeleri, di\u011fer Yahudi gruplar\u0131n gadir ve h\u0131yanetinden daha \u015fiddetliydi; zira \u00f6yle bir h\u0131yanet tertipleyip hummal\u0131 bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131 ki sonuna kadar devam edip neticesi ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olsayd\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar yok olacakt\u0131. Medine\u2019nin alt taraf\u0131nda demir gibi bir kaleleri vard\u0131, Resulullah\u2019la (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) yapm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 anla\u015fmay\u0131 bozup Hendek sava\u015f\u0131nda Medine\u2019ye ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015fmaya gelen m\u00fc\u015friklerle anla\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Z\u00e2hir\u00ee sebepler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda e\u011fer \u015fanl\u0131 sahabi Mesud b. Nuaym\u2019\u0131n oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rol ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fmasayd\u0131 ger\u00e7ekten M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar hel\u00e2k olup gidecekti.<\/p>\n

Kurayza O\u011fullar\u0131 Hususunda Sa\u2019d b. Muaz\u2019\u0131n (r.a.) Hakem Tayin Edilmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n

M\u00fcminlerin annesi Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe (rad\u0131yallahu anh\u00e2) anlat\u0131yor:<\/p>\n

Kurey\u015fli m\u00fc\u015friklerden \u0130bn-i Arika denilen bir adam, Hz. Sa\u2019d\u2019a (rad\u0131yalJahu anh) bir ok at\u0131p \u015f\u00f6yle dedi: \u2018Al sana! Ben \u0130bn-i Anka\u2019y\u0131m.\u201d Ok, kolundaki bir damara isabet edip kesti. Bunun \u00fczerine Hz. Sa\u2019d (rad\u0131yallahu anh), Allah\u2019a dua ederek \u015f\u00f6yle dedi: \u201cEy Allah\u0131m! Kurayza\u2019ya kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc ayd\u0131nlat\u0131p i\u00e7imi ferahlatana kadar benim can\u0131m\u0131 alma.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe s\u00f6z\u00fcne \u015f\u00f6yle devam ediyor:<\/p>\n

Kurayza o\u011fullar\u0131, cahiliye d\u00f6neminde onun dost ve m\u00fcttefikleri idi. Hz. Sa\u2019d\u2019\u0131n (rad\u0131yallahu anh) yaras\u0131 iyile\u015fti. Allah, m\u00fc\u015frikler \u00fczerine bir r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve f\u0131rt\u0131na g\u00f6nderdi. Kav\u00ee ve az\u00eez olan Y\u00fcce Allah, sava\u015f konusunda m\u00fcminlere k\u00e2fi gelerek onlar\u0131 sava\u015fmaktan kurtard\u0131. Ebu S\u00fcfyan ve yanda\u015flar\u0131, Tih\u00e2me\u2019ye; Uyeyne b. Bedr ve taraftarlar\u0131 ise Necid\u2019e d\u00f6nd\u00fcler. Kurayza o\u011fullar\u0131 da kendi diyarlar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fcp kalelerinde siper ald\u0131lar.<\/p>\n

Resulullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) da Medine\u2019ye d\u00f6n\u00fcp silah b\u0131rakt\u0131. Deriden bir \u00e7ad\u0131r yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 emretti ve Hz. Sa\u2019d i\u00e7in mescitte bir \u00e7ad\u0131r kurdurdu. Derken Cebrail (aleyhissel\u00e2m) gelerek \u015f\u00f6yle dedi:<\/p>\n

\u201cSava\u015f\u0131 bitirip silah\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakt\u0131n m\u0131?! Allah\u2019a yemin olsun ki melekler hen\u00fcz daha silah b\u0131rakmam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Kurayza o\u011fullar\u0131 \u00fczerine y\u00fcr\u00fc ve onlarla sava\u015f!\u201d<\/p>\n

Bunun \u00fczerine Res\u00fblullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) z\u0131rh\u0131n\u0131 giyerek halk i\u00e7inde sefere \u00e7\u0131kmak i\u00e7in \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 yapt\u0131rd\u0131. Buhar\u00ee\u2019nin Hz. \u0130bn \u00d6mer\u2019den rivayetinde Res\u00fblullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur: \u201cAcele edin, ikindi namaz\u0131n\u0131 ancak Kureyza o\u011fullar\u0131nda k\u0131l\u0131n.\u201d Nihayet Res\u00fblullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem), Kurayza o\u011fullar\u0131n\u0131n diyar\u0131na gelip 25 gece boyunca onlar\u0131 ku\u015fatma alt\u0131nda tuttu.<\/p>\n

Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe validemizin (rad\u0131yallahu anh\u00e2) rivayetinden \u015fu anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor: Kurayza o\u011fullar\u0131 Yahudileri, Res\u00fblullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) ve m\u00fcminlerle yapt\u0131klar\u0131 anla\u015fmaya h\u0131yanet etmenin ne anlama geldi\u011fini \u00e7ok iyi biliyorlard\u0131. Bundan dolay\u0131, Kurey\u015f m\u00fc\u015frikleri Medine\u2019den ayr\u0131l\u0131r ayr\u0131lmaz hemen kalelerine d\u00f6n\u00fcp orada siper alm\u0131\u015flar ve Hz. Peygamber\u2019le (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) bir sava\u015fa gireceklerini tahmin ederek haz\u0131rl\u0131k yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Di\u011fer bir mevzu ise, 25 gece boyunca ablukaya al\u0131nmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen onlardan ne bir \u00f6z\u00fcr, ne de Res\u00fblullah\u2019la (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) bir bar\u0131\u015f ve anla\u015fma talebi v\u00e2rid olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kendilerini benlik ve gurur kaplam\u0131\u015f, bu da onlar\u0131 daha fazla g\u00fcnaha s\u00fcr\u00fcklemi\u015f ve sahip olduklar\u0131 kalelerin onlar\u0131 Allah ve Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019ne kar\u015f\u0131 koruyacaklar\u0131, m\u00fcminlerin mecburen geri \u00e7ekilecekleri zehab\u0131na kap\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Abluka \u015fiddetlenip bela ve musibetin dozu art\u0131nca, onlara: \u201cRes\u00fbluUah\u2019\u0131n (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) h\u00fckm\u00fcne raz\u0131 olun.\u201d denildi. Onlar da Eb\u00fb L\u00fcb\u00e2be b. Abdulm\u00fcnzir\u2019le konuyu isti\u015fare ettiler. H\u00fckm\u00fcn \u201c\u00f6l\u00fcm\u201d olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtince \u201cSa\u2019d b. Muaz\u2019\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcne raz\u0131y\u0131z.\u201d<\/strong> dediler. Res\u00fblullah da bunu kabul etti ve Sa\u2019d b. Muaz\u2019a birisini g\u00f6ndererek onu s\u0131rt\u0131nda has\u0131r lifinden e\u011feri olan bir merkebin \u00fczerinde getirtti. Kavmi onu s\u00fcslemi\u015flerdi. Bu s\u0131rada, Hz. Sa\u2019d\u2019\u0131n yan\u0131na gelen baz\u0131lar\u0131 ona \u015fu tavsiyede bulundular:<\/p>\n

\u201cEy Eb\u00fb Amr! Sen daha \u00f6nce Kureyza o\u011fullar\u0131n\u0131n dostu ve m\u00fcttefiki idin. Daha \u00f6nce size yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmu\u015flard\u0131. Fel\u00e2kete d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f olan bu eski dost ve m\u00fcttefiklerin hakk\u0131nda h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc verirken dikkatli ol!\u201d Ancak Hz. Sa\u2019d, onlar\u0131n y\u00fcz\u00fcne bile bakmad\u0131. Etraf\u0131ndaki adamlar\u0131na d\u00f6nerek \u015f\u00f6yle dedi: \u201c\u0130\u015fte \u015fimdi, benim i\u00e7in Allah ad\u0131na hi\u00e7bir k\u0131nay\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131namas\u0131ndan \u00e7ekinmeme vakti geldi.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hz. Eb\u00fb Said (rad\u0131yallahu anh) anlat\u0131yor:<\/p>\n

Hz. Sa\u2019d Res\u00fblullah\u2019a (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcnce \u201cKalk\u0131n ve efendinizi indirin.\u201d buyurdu. Onlar da kalk\u0131p indirdiler. Sonra Hz. Sa\u2019d\u2019dan onlar hakk\u0131nda gerekli karar\u0131n\u0131 vermesini isteyerek \u201cOnlar hakk\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcm ver!\u201d dedi. Hz. Sa\u2019d (rad\u0131yallahu anh) \u015f\u00f6yle dedi: \u201cBen onlar\u0131n sava\u015fa kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n esir edilmesi ve mallar\u0131n\u0131n taksim edilmesine h\u00fckmediyorum.\u201d<\/p>\n

Eb\u00fb L\u00fcb\u00e2be\u2019nin Tevbesi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kureyza o\u011fullar\u0131, Res\u00fblullah\u2019a (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) el\u00e7i g\u00f6ndererek: \u201cAmr b. Avf o\u011fullar\u0131n\u0131n -bunlar Evs\u2019in m\u00fcttefiki idiler- karde\u015fi Eb\u00fb L\u00fcb\u00e2be b. Abdulm\u00fcnzir\u2019i bize g\u00f6nder ki konu hakk\u0131nda isti\u015fare edelim.\u201d dediler. Hz. Res\u00fblullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) da, Eb\u00fb L\u00fcb\u00e2be\u2019yi onlara g\u00f6nderdi. Onu g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerinde erkekler aya\u011fa kalkt\u0131lar, kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar da h\u0131\u00e7k\u0131ra h\u0131\u00e7k\u0131ra a\u011flad\u0131lar. Onlara ac\u0131d\u0131 ve \u015fefkat duydu. Ona dediler ki \u201cNe diyorsun, Muhammed\u2019in h\u00fckm\u00fcne raz\u0131 olal\u0131m m\u0131?\u201d O da: \u201cEvet\u201d dedi ve eliyle bo\u011faz\u0131n\u0131 i\u015faret ederek karar\u0131n \u201c\u00f6l\u00fcm\u201d olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n

Eb\u00fb L\u00fcb\u00e2be diyor ki: \u201cVallahi onlar\u0131n yan\u0131ndan hen\u00fcz ayr\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m ki, bu hareketimle, Allah\u2019a ve Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019ne kar\u015f\u0131 iyi bir i\u015f yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 anlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sonra y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc yere \u00e7evirerek do\u011fruca Medine\u2019ye gidip Mescid-i Nebevi\u2019ye girdi, kendisini dire\u011fe ba\u011flatt\u0131 ve: \u201cCen\u00e2b-\u0131 Hak, i\u015fledi\u011fim g\u00fcnahtan dolay\u0131 tevbemi kabul etmedik\u00e7e bu yerimden ayr\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131m\u201d diye yemin etti. Ayr\u0131ca Kureyza o\u011fullar\u0131na bir ad\u0131m atmayaca\u011f\u0131na, Allah ve Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019ne ihanet etti\u011fi bir mek\u00e2nda bir daha asla g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyece\u011fine dair Allah\u2019a s\u00f6z verdi.<\/p>\n

Bu olay\u0131n haberi Peygamber Efendimiz\u2019e (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) ula\u015f\u0131nca \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu: \u201cE\u011fer do\u011fruca yan\u0131ma gelseydi, Allah\u2019tan ba\u011f\u0131\u015flanmas\u0131n\u0131 dilerdim. Mademki, o kendisini ba\u011flatm\u0131\u015f, art\u0131k Allah\u2019tan tevbesini kabul edinceye kadar onu bulundu\u011fu yerde b\u0131rak\u0131r\u0131m.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nihayet, tevbesinin kabul oldu\u011funa dair Res\u00fblullah\u2019a (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) vahiy indi. \u0130nsanlar onu \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in yan\u0131na ko\u015fu\u015ftular, ancak o \u201cHay\u0131r! Vallahi, Res\u00fblullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) beni kendi elleriyle \u00e7\u00f6zmezse burdan ayr\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131m\u201d dedi. Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) sabah namaz\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman onu \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fc.<\/p>\n

Ve tarihte ilk defa, g\u00fc\u00e7, otorite, n\u00fcfuz sahibi, ancak kendisine ihanet edilmi\u015f muzaffer bir kumandan, su\u00e7lu, hain ve zay\u0131fa, cezas\u0131n\u0131 vermesi i\u00e7in yarg\u0131c\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7me \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc veriyor.<\/p>\n

Evet, Res\u00fblullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem), Kureyza o\u011fullar\u0131 yahudilerine haklar\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcm vermesi i\u00e7in bir ki\u015fiyi se\u00e7melerine m\u00fcsaade etmi\u015fti. Onlar da kendilerini affedece\u011fini veya cezalar\u0131n\u0131 hafifletece\u011fini umduklar\u0131 Sa\u2019d b. Muaz\u2019\u0131 se\u00e7mi\u015flerdi. Fakat o, beklentilerinin aksine, onlara gadir ve ihanetlerinin cezas\u0131 olarak \u201c\u00f6l\u00fcm ve esaret\u201d cezas\u0131 vermi\u015fti.<\/p>\n

Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem), Hz. Sa\u2019d\u2019a, yahudilerin onun \u00fczerinden fitne ve fesat \u00e7\u0131karma niyetlerini g\u00f6stermek istemi\u015fti. \u0130nsanlar, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) etraf\u0131nda otururken Hz. Sa\u2019d Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019ne (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) do\u011fru ilerliyordu. Res\u00fblullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) onu g\u00f6r\u00fcnce etraf\u0131ndakilere \u201cEfendinize aya\u011fa kalk\u0131n.\u201d diye buyurdu. Abdule\u015fhel o\u011fullar\u0131 diyorlar ki: \u201cBizler \u00e7ift s\u0131ra halinde aya\u011fa kalkt\u0131k, her birimiz onu sel\u00e2ml\u0131yordu, nihayet Res\u00fblullah\u2019a (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) ula\u015ft\u0131.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte Yahudiler, Hz. Sa\u2019d\u2019\u0131 hakem tayin etmek istediklerinde, Evs ve Hazre\u00e7, Hz. Peygamber (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) ve arkada\u015flar\u0131 aras\u0131nda sava\u015f \u00e7\u0131karmak niyetindeydiler. Zira Hz. Sa\u2019d\u2019\u0131 se\u00e7melerinin nedeni, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar aras\u0131nda ayr\u0131l\u0131k, kin, nefret ve d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k tohumlar\u0131 ekmek i\u00e7in ba\u015fvurulan ak\u0131betsiz ve ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z bir giri\u015fimden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

Yapt\u0131klar\u0131 gadir ve h\u0131yanetlerine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, \u00f6l\u00fcm cezas\u0131n\u0131n uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 erkeklerin say\u0131s\u0131 600 veya 700\u2019d\u00fcr. Tarih\u00ee kaynaklar \u00f6l\u00fcm cezas\u0131 i\u00e7in en \u00e7ok 800 ila 900 aras\u0131nda bir rakam vermektedirler.<\/p>\n

O da Z\u00fcbeyr\u2019e gelerek \u201cRes\u00fblullah senin kan\u0131n\u0131 bana ba\u011f\u0131\u015flad\u0131\u201d dedi. O da: \u201cAilesi, \u00e7olu\u011fu \u00e7ocu\u011fu olmayan ihtiyar bir adam hayat\u0131 ne yaps\u0131n?\u201d diye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k verdi. Hz. Sabit, Resulullah\u2019a (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) d\u00f6nerek \u201cAnam babam sana feda olsun ey Allah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc! Han\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7ocu\u011funu bana ba\u011f\u0131\u015fla.\u201d dedi. Efendimiz (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) de: \u201cTamam, onlar senin.\u201d buyurdu. O da tekrar Z\u00fcbeyr\u2019e gelerek: \u201cResulullah aileni ve \u00e7ocu\u011funu bana ba\u011f\u0131\u015flad\u0131, onlar art\u0131k senin.\u201d dedi. Bu sefer de: \u201cHicaz\u2019da mals\u0131z-m\u00fclks\u00fcz bir ev halk\u0131 nas\u0131l kals\u0131n ve bar\u0131ns\u0131n?\u201d dedi. Hz. Sabit tekrar Resulullah\u2019a (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) geldi ve \u201cMal\u0131, y\u00e2 Resulallah\u201d dedi. \u201cTamam, o da senin.\u201d buyurdu. Hz. Sabit ona d\u00f6n\u00fcp: \u201cMal\u0131n senindir.\u201d dedi. Z\u00fcbeyr: \u201cY\u00fcz\u00fc, i\u00e7inde mahallenin bakire k\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir \u00c7in aynas\u0131n\u0131 and\u0131ran Ka\u2019b b. Esed ne yapt\u0131?\u201d diye sordu. Hz. Sabit ona: \u00d6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc.\u201d dedi. \u201cMeden\u00ee ve Bedev\u00eelerin efendisi Huyey b. Ahtab ne yapt\u0131?\u201d diye sordu. Hz. Sabit ona: \u00d6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u201d dedi. Bu sefer de: \u201cYerimizde \u00e7ak\u0131l\u0131p kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde ko\u015fan, ka\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bizi koruyan Azz\u00e2l b. Sabit ona: \u201c\u00d6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fcler.\u201d dedi. Bunun \u00fczerine Z\u00fcbeyr: \u201cEy Sabit! Senden beni de onlara kavu\u015fturman\u0131 istiyorum. Vallahi bu hay\u0131rl\u0131 insanlar\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra hayatta bir hay\u0131r ve g\u00fczellik kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dostlara kavu\u015funcaya kadar asla oraya -hurma a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kastediyor- bir kova su dahi d\u00f6kmeyece\u011fim.\u201d dedi. Daha sonra boynu vuruldu.<\/p>\n

b- Neccar o\u011fullar\u0131ndan M\u00fcnzir\u2019in annesi ve Resulullah\u2019\u0131n (sallallahu aleyhi ve sel- lem) teyzelerinden biri olan, O\u2019nunla (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) birlikte iki k\u0131bleye de namaz k\u0131lan ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n biat\u0131na kat\u0131lan Selma binti Kays, Resulullah\u2019tan (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem), kendisine s\u0131\u011f\u0131nan ve b\u00fclu\u011f \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na ermi\u015f olan Kureyzal\u0131 Rifaa b. Semevel\u2019i istedi. \u015e\u00f6yle dedi: \u201cAnam babam sana feda olsun ey Allah\u2019\u0131n Resul\u00fc!<\/p>\n

Hz. Selma, ona sadece \u201cRes\u00fblullah\u2019tan (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) hay\u00e2 et, seni affetti ve sen O\u2019nun do\u011frulu\u011funu biliyorsun.\u201d demi\u015ftir. O da \u00f6l\u00fcmden kurtulduktan sonra M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmu\u015f, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da kurtulmak i\u00e7in m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

c- Bu gece, Hz. Sa\u2019d\u2019\u0131n hakemli\u011fini kabulden \u00f6nce bir grup, m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olup kanlar\u0131n\u0131, mallar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 kurtarm\u0131\u015flard\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u201cHakemli\u011fi kabulden \u00f6nce\u201d ibaresi dikkat \u00e7ekmektedir. Onlar\u0131n m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmalar\u0131, \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclme korkusundan de\u011fildi; zira onlar, Hz. Sa\u2019d\u2019\u0131n haklar\u0131nda verece\u011fi h\u00fckm\u00fc bilmeden \u00f6nce m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Res\u00fblullah\u2019la (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) anla\u015fmay\u0131 bozmay\u0131 istemeyen Ka\u2019b b. Esed \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015ftir: \u201cEy yahudi toplulu\u011fu! Ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131za geleni g\u00f6rd\u00fcn\u00fcz, ben size \u00fc\u00e7 davran\u0131\u015f \u00f6neriyorum, hangisini istiyorsan\u0131z onu yapabilirsiniz.\u201d<\/p>\n

Onlar\u0131n ne oldu\u011funu sorduklar\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle cevap verdi:<\/p>\n

\u201cBu adama iman eder ve O\u2019na uyar\u0131z, vallahi O\u2019nun Allah taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6nderilmi\u015f bir el\u00e7i ve peygamber oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Sizler de O\u2019nun \u00f6zelliklerini kitab\u0131n\u0131zda g\u00f6r\u00fcyorsunuz. Bu \u015fekilde canlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131, mallar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 korumu\u015f olursunuz.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u00d6yle g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor ki, m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olanlar, Sa\u2019d b. Muaz\u2019\u0131n hen\u00fcz haklar\u0131ndaki h\u00fckm\u00fc vermedi\u011fini vurgulayan se\u00e7eneklere de\u011finen Ka\u2019b b. d- Kureyza o\u011fullar\u0131 kamp\u0131ndan Kureyzal\u0131 Amr b. S\u00fc\u2019d\u00e2 geldi ve Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) n\u00f6bet bekleyen askerlerin yan\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ti. O gece n\u00f6bette Muhammed b. Mesleme vard\u0131. Onu g\u00f6r\u00fcnce \u201cKim o?\u201d dedi. \u201cBen Amr b. S\u00fc\u2019d\u00e2\u201d diye cevap verdi. Amr, Kureyza o\u011fullar\u0131 ile beraber Res\u00fblullah\u2019la yap\u0131lan anla\u015fmaya ihanet edip bozmaya kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u015e\u00f6yle dedi: \u201cKesinlikle Muhammed\u2019e bir k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck ve hainlik yapmam.\u201d Muhammed b. Mesleme onu tan\u0131y\u0131nca \u201cEy Allah\u2019\u0131m! F\u0131trat\u0131 temiz sayg\u0131n insanlar\u0131n hatalar\u0131n\u0131 kald\u0131rmaktan beni mahrum etme.\u201d dedi ve yolunu a\u00e7t\u0131. Yoluna devam etti ve o gece Allah Resul\u00fcn\u00fcn (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) Medine\u2019deki mescidine geldi. Sonra da kaybolup gitti ve bu g\u00fcn\u00fcne kadar yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn neresine gitti\u011fi bilinmedi. Onun bu durumu Resulullah\u2019a (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) arz edildi, \u201cO, Allah\u2019\u0131n, vefas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 kurtard\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir adamd\u0131r\u201d buyurdu.<\/p>\n

e- Kureyza o\u011fullar\u0131ndan b\u00fclu\u011f \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na ermi\u015f erkekler, Resulullah\u2019\u0131n (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) yan\u0131na toplan\u0131p Hz. Sa\u2019d\u2019\u0131n verdi\u011fi h\u00fckm\u00fcn uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 beklerlerken Resulullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) bir\u00e7ok hurma getirilip onlara da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 emretti.<\/p>\n

f- Resulullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu: \u201cOnlar\u0131n esaretlerini iyi ge\u00e7irmelerini sa\u011flay\u0131n, kaylule yapma (uyuma) imk\u00e2n\u0131 tan\u0131y\u0131n, su verin, ta ki serinlesinler, bundan sonra geriye kalanlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcrs\u00fcn\u00fcz. Hem g\u00fcne\u015fin hem de silah\u0131n s\u0131cakl\u0131k azab\u0131n\u0131 ayn\u0131 anda onlara ya\u015fatmay\u0131n.\u201d Bunlar bir yaz g\u00fcn\u00fcnde ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bundan sonraki hadis ve Vek\u00ee\u2019 hadisinde ise \u015f\u00f6yle buyuruyor: \u201cYahudilerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda\u201d \u0130bn-i Cafer\u2019in \u015eube\u2019den rivayet edilen hadisinde de \u201cEhl-i kitapla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda\u201d ibaresi yer almakta. Cerir\u2019in hadisinde ise m\u00fc\u015friklerden herhangi bir isim belirlemeksizin \u201conlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda\u201d denilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Zira bu, anla\u015fmay\u0131 bozduklar\u0131, ihanet ettikleri ve Hendek sava\u015f\u0131nda m\u00fc\u015frikleri M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n arkas\u0131ndan i\u00e7eriye sokma niyetlerine kap\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 zaman Kureyza o\u011fullar\u0131 Yahudilerine has bir uygulamayd\u0131. Hz. Peygamber (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem), bu h\u0131yanetlerini cezaland\u0131rmak, Medine\u2019yi ku\u015fatan \u201cAhzab\u201d (Hendek sava\u015f\u0131na kat\u0131lan d\u00fc\u015fman gruplar) tehlikesi geri p\u00fcsk\u00fcrt\u00fcl\u00fcr p\u00fcsk\u00fcrt\u00fclmez aralar\u0131ndaki anla\u015fmay\u0131 bozmak istemi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca abluka m\u00fcddeti i\u00e7erisinde arkada\u015flar\u0131ndan da onlarla anla\u015fmay\u0131 bozmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve sembolik bir bi\u00e7imde sava\u015f\u0131n yakla\u015ft\u0131\u00ac\u011f\u0131n\u0131 onlara hissettirmelerini talep etmi\u015ftir. Yoksa Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019nden (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem), umum Ehl-i Kitaba veya Yahudilere, hatta puta tapan m\u00fc\u015friklere bile kaba davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair hi\u00e7 bir rivayet v\u00e2rid olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o tam manas\u0131yla tecess\u00fcm etmi\u015f bir rahmet idi. Y\u00fcce Rabbi O\u2019nun hakk\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n

\u201cSen pek y\u00fcksek bir ahl\u00e2k \u00fczerindesin!\u201d (Kalem, 684) \u201cinsanlara yumu\u015fak dav-ranman da Allah\u2019\u0131n merhametinin eseridir. E\u011fer kaba, kat\u0131 y\u00fcrekli biri olsayd\u0131n -ki \u00f6yle de\u011filsin- insanlar senin etraf\u0131ndan da\u011f\u0131l\u0131verirlerdi.\u201d (\u00c2l-i \u0130mr\u00e2n, 3\/159)<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca Res\u00fblullah (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) onlarla iyi kom\u015fuluk ili\u015fkileri i\u00e7indeydi; hastalar\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret eder, ba\u015flar\u0131na bir musibet geldi\u011finde taziyede bulunurdu. Res\u00fblullah\u2019\u0131n (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) Medine veya Mekke\u2019de Yahudi ve m\u00fc\u015frikleri ziyaret edip de onlara sel\u00e2m vermedi\u011fini kim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilir?!<\/p>\n

Kureyza o\u011fullar\u0131na sel\u00e2m vermekten uzak durma meselesi, bir sava\u015f ilan\u0131na benziyordu, yoksa bunda b\u00fct\u00fcn Ehl-i Kitap veya Yahudileri kapsayan genel bir h\u00fck\u00fcm yoktur. Ancak belki bu h\u00fck\u00fcm, Kureyza o\u011fullar\u0131n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi anla\u015fmaya ihanet eden zimm\u00ee ve anla\u015fmal\u0131 toplumlar\u0131 kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p>\n

Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe validemize \u015fefkatin, i\u00e7ine girdi\u011fi her \u015feyi g\u00fczelle\u015ftirdi\u011fini; k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, kabal\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve \u015fiddetin ise girdi\u011fi her \u015feyi \u00e7irkinle\u015ftirdi\u011fini \u00f6\u011fretecek bir \u015fahsiyettir O (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem).<\/p>\n

Buh\u00e2r\u00ee Sahih\u2019inde Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe validemizden rivayet etti\u011fine g\u00f6re, Yahudiler Hz. Peygamber\u2019e (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) gelip \u015f\u00f6yle dediler: \u201cEs-s\u00e2mu aleyk\u00fcm- \u00d6l\u00fcm \u00fczerinize olsun!\u201d Hz. Peygamber \u201cSizin de \u00fczerinize olsun!\u201d buyurdu. Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe validemiz ise \u201cAllah size lanet etsin, Allah gadab\u0131n\u0131 sizin \u00fczerinize indirsin!\u201d diyerek onlara kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k verdi. Fakat Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc \u201cYava\u015f ol, sakin ol ey<\/p>\n

\u00c2i\u015fe! \u015eefkatli, merhametli ol, \u015fiddet, kabal\u0131k ve \u00e7irkin s\u00f6zlerden de uzak dur!\u201d Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe validemiz \u201cNe dediklerini duymad\u0131n m\u0131?\u201d diye sordu. Bu sefer Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc \u201cSen benim ne dedi\u011fimi i\u015fitmedin mi? Ben onlara \u201cAleyk\u00fcm\u201d diyerek cevap verdim ve dualar\u0131n\u0131 geri \u00e7evirdim. Benim onlar hakk\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m dua kabul olur, ancak onlar\u0131n benim hakk\u0131mda yapt\u0131klar\u0131 beddua kabul olmaz.\u201d diyerek konuyu izah eder.<\/p>\n

Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) b\u00f6yle davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ve Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe validemizin Yahudilere kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi bu tavr\u0131n nedeni, Yahudilerin hilek\u00e2r, d\u00fczen-baz ve sel\u00e2m\u0131 bile bedduaya \u00e7evirecek kadar a\u011fz\u0131 bozuk bir topluluk olmas\u0131ndan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlara ra\u011fmen Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) seviyesini koruyup kendi tabiat ve karekterini sergiledi\u011fi i\u00e7in Yahudiler, O\u2019nun y\u00fcce kat\u0131nda ancak g\u00fczel kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, g\u00fczel ahl\u00e2k, \u015fefkat ve merhamet g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) bunlara bile b\u00f6yle davran\u0131yorsa, acaba bir de anla\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 sulh ve bar\u0131\u015f yanl\u0131s\u0131 veya g\u00fczel ahl\u00e2k sahibi olsalard\u0131 o zaman nas\u0131l davran\u0131rd\u0131? Acaba Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n, onlardan uzak durmalar\u0131, onlara kat\u0131 ve kaba davranmalar\u0131 beklenilir mi? Sel\u00e2m vermekten ka\u00e7\u0131nmak ise ancak kabal\u0131k ve nezaketsizlik olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanabilir.<\/p>\n
