H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ilk d\u00f6neminin en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fahsiyetlerinden biri olan Barnabas (Barnabas), Levili Kabilesi\u2019nden K\u0131br\u0131sl\u0131 bir Yah\u00fbd\u00ee ailesine mensuptur ve K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019ta do\u011fmu\u015ftur. Barnabas Aslen Yah\u00fbd\u00ee iken, \u00ces\u00e2 (a.s.)\u2019\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnce iman etmi\u015f ve ona ilk inananlardan olmu\u015ftur. Barnabas, Hz. \u00ces\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n, tebli\u011fini yaymaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde, zaman\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 onun yak\u0131n takip\u00e7isi olarak ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftir. On iki Havari\u2019den biri olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihtilafl\u0131 olan Barnabas\u2019\u0131n as\u0131l ad\u0131 Jozeph (Yusuf)\u2019tir.<\/strong> \u00ces\u00e2 (a.s.)\u2019a inand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve onu \u00e7ok sevdi\u011fi i\u00e7in, daha sonra Havariler ona l\u00e2kap olarak \u201cBarnabas\u201d ismini vermi\u015flerdir.\u00a0 Bu ad\u0131n asl\u0131n\u0131n, Ar\u00e2mice\u2019de \u201cpeygamber o\u011flu\u201d anlam\u0131na gelen \u201cbarneb\u00fb\u00e2h\u201d oldu\u011fu; Arap\u00e7a\u2019da ise \u201cbar-nahva\u201d (teselli o\u011flu) anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fi belirtilmektedir.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hz. \u00ces\u00e2\u2019dan sonra havarilerinin dini tebli\u011f etme hususunda ba\u015flar\u0131na gelenlerin anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Kilise taraf\u0131ndan da kabul edilen \u201cResullerin \u0130\u015fleri\u201d<\/strong> b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde, Barnabas hakk\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bilgiler bulunmaktad\u0131r.\u00a0 Burada anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re Barnabas, H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ilk d\u00f6neminde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir rol oynamas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131, yine bir havari olan Luka taraf\u0131ndan \u201cR\u00fbhu\u2019l-Kud\u00fcs ve \u00eemanla dolu iyi bir adam\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0 olarak tavsif edilmi\u015ftir. \u015eehir \u015fehir dola\u015fan Barnabas, Allah\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc her gitti\u011fi yerde il\u00e2n etmekte, karde\u015flerine yard\u0131m i\u00e7in ko\u015fmakta ve pek \u00e7ok ki\u015finin \u201cHakk\u201d<\/strong> d\u00eene girmesine sebep olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Koyu bir Yah\u00fbd\u00ee iken, \u00ces\u00e2 Mesih\u2019in gaibden kendisine seslendi\u011fini ve bu yeni dine inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek Kud\u00fcs\u2019e giden Pavlus (Saul), hav\u00e2riler taraf\u0131ndan \u015f\u00fcphe ile kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131rken, Barnabas onun hakk\u0131nda iyi niyet g\u00f6stererek cemaate al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 \u0130lk H\u0131ristiyan Cemaati i\u00e7inde aktif g\u00f6rev \u00fcstlenen Barnabas, cemaat temsilcisi olarak Antakya<\/strong>\u2019ya g\u00f6nderilmi\u015f ve orada bu yeni dini yayma faaliyetlerine kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Daha sonra Pavlusu aramak i\u00e7in Tarsus\u2019a gimi\u015f ve onu bularak Antakya\u2019ya getirmi\u015ftir. Daha sonra her ikisi bir y\u0131l boyunca Antakya\u2019da bu yeni dini tebli\u011f etmeye devam etmi\u015ftir. Kud\u00fcs\u2019teki b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131tl\u0131k \u00fczerine Barnabas ve Pavlus Antakya H\u0131ristiyanlar\u0131n\u0131n maddi yard\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 Kud\u00fcs\u2019e g\u00f6t\u00fcrmekle,\u00a0 Kud\u00fcs\u2019teki i\u015fleri bitince de Suriye d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki putperest milletlere H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tebli\u011f etmekle g\u00f6revlendirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Barnabas Pavlus ile birlikte \u00f6nce K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019a, daha sonra da Pamfilya Pergas\u0131\u2019na, Pisidya Antakya\u2019s\u0131na, Konya, Listra ve Derbe\u2019ye gitmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 Listra\u2019ya gelince halk onu il\u00e2h Zeus diye kabul etmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 Bunun \u00fczerine Barnabas Antakya\u2019ya d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f ve yeni H\u0131ristiyan olanlar\u0131n, M\u00fbsa \u015feriati \u00fczerine s\u00fcnnet olmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ileri s\u00fcrenlerle m\u00fccadeleye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Antakya H\u0131ristiyan cemaati bu meseleyi (M\u00fbsa \u015feriati \u00fczerine s\u00fcnnet olma tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131) \u00e7\u00f6zmesi i\u00e7in Barnabas\u2019\u0131 Pavlus ile birlikte Kud\u00fcs\u2019e g\u00f6ndermi\u015f, burada hav\u00e2riler meclisine kat\u0131lan Barnabas tekrar Antakya\u2019ya geri d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.\u00a0 Daha sonra Pavlus ile aralar\u0131nda anla\u015fmazl\u0131k \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nca Pavlus\u2019tan ayr\u0131lan Barnabas K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019a gitmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 Resullerin \u0130\u015fleri kitab\u0131, Barnabas ile Pavlus aras\u0131ndaki anla\u015fmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n, Barnabas\u2019\u0131n ye\u011feni olan ve kendisi ba\u015fka bir \u0130ncil yazar\u0131 olan Markos y\u00fcz\u00fcnden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtir.\u00a0 Fakat anla\u015fmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ger\u00e7ek sebebinin ne oldu\u011fu kesin de\u011fildir ve bu anla\u015fmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n, Barnabas ile Pavlus aras\u0131nda ideolojik bir farkl\u0131l\u0131ktan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ihtimal dahilindedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Yeni Ahid\u2019de b\u00f6yle bir farkl\u0131l\u0131ktan s\u00f6z edilmez ama Barnabas\u2019\u0131n s\u00fcnnet olma konusunda fikir de\u011fi\u015ftirerek putperest iken H\u0131ristiyan olanlar\u0131n M\u00fbsa \u015feriati \u00fczere s\u00fcnnet olmalar\u0131 tezini savundu\u011funu ve b\u00f6ylece ayn\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc savunan Saint Pierre ile birlikte hareket etti\u011fini g\u00f6rmekteyiz.\u00a0 \u0130\u015fte muhtemelen Barnabas\u2019\u0131n M\u00fbsa \u015feriatini ge\u00e7ersiz sayan Pavlus\u2019tan ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n sebebini burada aramak gerekir.<\/p>\n

\u0130lgin\u00e7tir ki bu ayr\u0131lma olay\u0131 sonras\u0131nda, Resullerin \u0130\u015fleri Kitab\u0131\u2019nda, Barnabas\u2019\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131n daha sonraki d\u00f6nemi hakk\u0131nda herhangi bir bilgi yer almamakta ve s\u00fcrekli Pavlus\u2019tan s\u00f6z edilmektedir. Buradan, Barnabas-Pavlus ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir ayr\u0131l\u0131k oldu\u011funu ve en az\u0131ndan bundan sonra \u2018itikad\u2019 alan\u0131nda da derin b\u00f6l\u00fcnmelerin ba\u015f g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini tahmin edebiliriz. Nitekim Barnabas, \u0130ncili\u2019nin giri\u015finde \u015f\u00f6yle demektedir:<\/p>\n

\u201c\u015eeytan taraf\u0131ndan aldat\u0131lan pek \u00e7oklar\u0131, dindarl\u0131k maskesi alt\u0131nda en dinsiz ak\u00eedeyi vaz\u2019 ederek \u00ces\u00e2\u2019ya Allah\u2019\u0131n o\u011flu demekte, Allah\u2019\u0131n sonsuza de\u011fin emretti\u011fi s\u00fcnnet olmay\u0131 reddetmekte ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc kirli etin yenmesine izin vermektedir. Bunlar aras\u0131nda bulunan ve kendisinden, \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc duymadan s\u00f6z edemedi\u011fim Pavlus da aldat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bundan dolay\u0131, kurtulas\u0131n\u0131z, \u015eeytan taraf\u0131ndan aldat\u0131lmayas\u0131n\u0131z ve Allah\u2019\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fc \u00f6n\u00fcnde h\u00fcsrana u\u011framayas\u0131n\u0131z diye, \u00ces\u00e2 ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m konu\u015fma ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm ve duydu\u011fum ger\u00e7e\u011fi yaz\u0131yorum.\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n

Barnabas\u2019\u0131n bizzat kendi yazd\u0131klar\u0131ndan da bizler, Resullerin \u0130\u015fleri\u2019nde anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere Pavlus\u2019la bir s\u00fcre arkada\u015fl\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Fakat her Peygamberden sonra oldu\u011fu gibi, Hz. \u00ces\u00e2\u2019dan sonra da izleyicileri aras\u0131nda ayr\u0131l\u0131klar \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, bu ayr\u0131l\u0131klar dinin \u00f6z\u00fcne de inmi\u015f ve Pavlus Tevh\u00eed\u2019i \u015firke \u00e7evirenlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda yer al\u0131rken, Tevhid\u2019den kopmayan Barnabas ise, Hz. \u00ces\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n ger\u00e7ek dinini, (ona inananlar \u015eeytan\u2019a kanmas\u0131nlar diye) yaz\u0131ya ge\u00e7irme gere\u011fi duymu\u015ftur.\u00a0 Daha sonralar\u0131 ise M\u00eel\u00e2d\u00ee 63\u2019te K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019ta \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Pavlus, Barnabas\u2019y\u0131 hav\u00e2rilerden saymaktad\u0131r.\u00a0 M\u00fbsevi-H\u0131ristiyan gelene\u011finde de Barnabas\u2019\u0131n hav\u00e2ri oldu\u011fu kabul edilmekte ve Pavlus\u2019un g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edilmektedir.\u00a0 Fakat yine de Barnabas\u2019\u0131n havari olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda kesin bir \u015fey s\u00f6ylemek zordur. V. as\u0131rda papal\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan yasaklanan kitaplar listesinde bulunmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, bu kitab\u0131n \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee bir muhitte de\u011fil, aksine mutaass\u0131p H\u0131ristiyanlar aras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 da kilisenin sahtelik su\u00e7lamas\u0131n\u0131 mesnetsiz b\u0131rakmaktad\u0131r. E\u011fer bu kitap, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar taraf\u0131ndan uydurulmu\u015f bir propaganda kitab\u0131 olsayd\u0131, herhalde bu zahmetlere katlanmazlard\u0131. Barnabas \u0130ncili, muhtemelen uzun y\u0131llar gizli olarak elden ele dola\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve iki dilde yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak XV. y\u00fczy\u0131lda ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Kilisenin bu \u0130ncili reddetmesinin arkas\u0131ndaki ger\u00e7ek sebep; bu \u0130ncil\u2019in di\u011fer d\u00f6rt \u0130ncil\u2019 den farkl\u0131 olarak bir \u00e7ok yerinde Hz. Barnabas \u0130ncili, i\u00e7inde \u00e7e\u015fitli konular\u0131n bulundu\u011fu bir giri\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ile do\u011fumundan g\u00f6\u011fe y\u00fckseli\u015fine kadar Hz. \u00ces\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131n anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 as\u0131l b\u00f6l\u00fcmden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bu as\u0131l b\u00f6l\u00fcm ise 222 bab\u2019dan meydana gelmektedir.<\/p>\n

Giri\u015f k\u0131sm\u0131nda bu kitab\u0131n Allah\u2019\u0131n peygamberi Hz. \u00ces\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n ger\u00e7ek \u0130ncil\u2019i oldu\u011fu ve O\u2019nun havarisi Barnabas taraf\u0131ndan yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u015feytan\u0131n yan\u0131ltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 pek \u00e7ok ki\u015finin -ki aralar\u0131nda Pavlus da vard\u0131r- tamam\u0131yla yanl\u0131\u015f bir akideyi yayd\u0131klar\u0131, bu ki\u015filerin Hz. \u00ces\u00e2\u2019ya Allah\u2019\u0131n o\u011flu dedikleri, Allah\u2019\u0131n ebedi ahdi olan s\u00fcnnet olmay\u0131 kabul etmedikleri, temiz ve helal olmayan her besinin yenebilece\u011fine h\u00fckmetikleri ifade edilmekte ve Barnabas \u0130ncili\u2019nin, insanlar\u0131n hataya d\u00fc\u015fmemeleri i\u00e7in kaleme al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilmektedir.<\/p>\n

Barnabas \u0130ncili\u2019nin bu ilk b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde kanonik \u0130nciller\u2019den Luka ve Matta\u2019ya b\u00fcy\u00fck benzerlikler g\u00f6r\u00fclmekle birlikte baz\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131klar da vard\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin Luka \u0130ncili\u2019ndeki\u00a0 \u201cve i\u015fte gebe kal\u0131p bir o\u011flan do\u011furacaks\u0131n ve ad\u0131n\u0131 \u00ces\u00e2 koyacaks\u0131n. O b\u00fcy\u00fck olacak, ona Y\u00fcca Allah\u2019\u0131n o\u011flu denilecek; Rab Allah ona babas\u0131 D\u00e2v\u00fbd\u2019un taht\u0131n\u0131 verecek; Ya\u2019kub\u2019un evi \u00fczerinde ebediyen saltanat s\u00fcrecek ve onun melek\u00fbtuna hi\u00e7 son olmayacakt\u0131r.\u201d ifadesi, Barnabas \u0130ncili\u2019nde \u015fu \u015fekildedir: \u201cAllah seni, samimi bir kalple \u015feriat\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcnler diye \u0130sr\u00e2il halk\u0131na g\u00f6nderece\u011fi bir peygamberin annesi olarak se\u00e7ti.\u201d Luka \u0130ncili\u2019nde babas\u0131z d\u00fcnyaya gelmesi sebebiyle Hz. \u00ces\u00e2\u2019ya Allah\u2019\u0131n o\u011flu denilece\u011fi bildirilirken Barnabas \u0130ncili\u2019nde bu hadise \u015fu \u015fekilde anlat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r: \u201cEy Meryem! \u0130nsan yokken insan\u0131 yaratan Allah, senden de erkek olmadan insan meydana getirmeye k\u00e2dirdir\u201d.
