Asra g\u00f6re her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 temin edilmi\u015f ve tabi\u00ee geli\u015fmesini s\u00fcrd\u00fcren topluluklarda s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 yok denecek kadar azd\u0131r. Madd\u00ee-manev\u00ee ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 giderilememi\u015f ve f\u0131tr\u00ee geli\u015fmesini s\u00fcrd\u00fcremeyen topluluklarda ise, i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f bask\u0131 ve zorlamalar\u0131n giderek artmas\u0131yla, buhranlar da o kadar fazlad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bunal\u0131mlar ve i\u00e7tim\u00e2\u00ee herc-\u00fc merc, kar, tipi ve f\u0131rt\u0131nalara benzer. Onun i\u00e7in, \u00e7ok defa neticesi itibariyle de g\u00fczeldir. Zira, buhranlarla toplum yeni tekevv\u00fcn ve te\u015fekk\u00fcle zorlan\u0131r ve bu sayede ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 devrin idrakine erer. Bir cemiyet ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 devri bilmiyor, aksiyon ve reaksiyonlar\u0131yla o devrin h\u00e2diselerinin i\u00e7ine giremiyorsa, onu ya\u015f\u0131yor kabul etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir ve o cebr\u00ee bir ink\u0131raz yolundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z devrede, tabak\u00e2t-\u0131 be\u015fer \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki \u00e7alkalanmalar\u0131n arkas\u0131nda hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphe yok ki, i\u015fte bu bunal\u0131mlar, i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f bask\u0131lar\u0131n huzur cidarlar\u0131n\u0131 zorlamas\u0131yla da yeni tekevv\u00fcn ve te\u015fekk\u00fcle haz\u0131rl\u0131klar var. Milletimiz ve ba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011fumuz milletler toplulu\u011funun da, bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalmas\u0131 herhalde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. O da bunal\u0131mdan bunal\u0131ma m\u00e2ruz kalacak, s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131dan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131ya d\u00fc\u015fecek ve bin t\u00fcrl\u00fc sanc\u0131 \u00e7ekecektir.<\/p>\n

As\u0131l mesele ise, b\u00fct\u00fcn bu olup bitenlerden sonra, yeni olu\u015fu, kad\u00eem ve sars\u0131lmaz prensiplere tevf\u00eekan m\u00fckemmel haz\u0131rlamakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte bu hususta, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n me\u015fk\u00fbr mes\u00e2isi ve mevzuu yap\u0131c\u0131 bir eda ile ele almas\u0131, duruma ayd\u0131nl\u0131k ve \u00fcmidimize fer getirici mahiyettedir. Mahir\u00e2ne bir anlay\u0131\u015f ve anlat\u0131\u015fla iftirak ve ittifak\u0131n te\u015frihini yapan yazar\u0131, hem meselelerin i\u00e7ine n\u00fcfuzdaki mukteseb\u00e2t ve zenginli\u011fi ile hem de bu meselenin dertlisi, hem samimi dertlisi olmas\u0131 itibariyle, g\u00f6n\u00fcl ve vicdanlara seslenir bulduk ve ems\u00e2li yaz\u0131, kitap ve makaleler aras\u0131ndan ne\u015fredilmek \u00fczere bunu tavsiye etmeyi uygun g\u00f6rd\u00fck.<\/p>\n

Do\u011frusu ittifak ve iftirak mevzuu, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ehemmiyetini koruyan en akt\u00fcel bir mevzudur. O, her devirde ehemmiyetini korusa bile, merkez\u00ee taazzuvun gerekli, hem \u00e7ok gerekli oldu\u011fu bir d\u00f6nemde, ciddiyeti giderek artan ve b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u00e7tim\u00e2\u00ee meselelerin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7en bir mevzu haline gelmi\u015ftir. Toplumumuz, ilm\u00ee ve fikr\u00ee yap\u0131s\u0131 itibariyle alabildi\u011fine s\u0131\u011f, kalb\u00ee ve ruh\u00ee hayat\u0131 itibariyle olduk\u00e7a fakir; imam ve rehberleri itibariyle sahipsiz ve ac\u0131nacak haldedir. Ba\u011fnazl\u0131k ve m\u00fcsamahas\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n beslenip kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu vasat yok edilmedikten sonra, ittifak ve ittihad\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek bile \u00e7ok zordur.<\/p>\n
