Yemek, insan hayat\u0131n\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez bir unsurudur. \u0130nsan yiyecek, i\u00e7ecek, giyecek ve mesken gibi d\u00f6rt unsur olmadan ya\u015fayamayacak \u015fekilde yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplumlarda en uzun s\u00fcre ayakta kalan, nesilden nesle devam eden k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerden biri de yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde c\u00f6mertlik, misafirperverlik, davet yemekleri, az yeme, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme, yeme-i\u00e7me al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 ve bunlara g\u00f6sterilen \u00f6zen bu d\u00f6nem yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn zenginli\u011fi hakk\u0131nda bilgi vermektedir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6nemi yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn, Hz. \u0130brahim\u2019den gelen k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir gelene\u011fe sahip oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Kuran-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de, Hz. \u0130brahim\u2019in misafirlerine ikramda bulunmas\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131l\u0131r: “Ey Peygamber! \u0130brahim\u2019in o \u015ferefli misafirlerinin haberi sana ula\u015ft\u0131 m\u0131? Onlar \u0130brahim\u2019e gelip selam size demi\u015flerdi. O da size de selam demi\u015fti. G\u00f6r\u00fclmedik bir topluluk dedi. Hemen bir bahane ile k\u0131zart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f semiz bir dana getirdi. Misafirlere buyurun yemez misiniz? Dedi.\u201d\u00a0<\/strong> Bu ayetten misafirlerin habersiz geldi\u011fi, Hz. \u0130brahim\u2019in misafir a\u011f\u0131rlamay\u0131 \u00e2det haline getirdi\u011fi, onlara sormadan yemek haz\u0131rlamaya gitti\u011fi, Hz. \u0130brahim\u2019in misafire ne derece h\u00fcrmet etti\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yine Hz. \u0130brahim\u2019in k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yemek haz\u0131rlamas\u0131 O\u2019nun misafir i\u00e7in her an haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 oldu\u011funu, yeme\u011fi kendisinin getirmesi ve k\u0131zart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f danay\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak getirmesi, onlar\u0131n yemedi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcnce de “yemez misiniz\u201d diye nazik bir ifade kullanmas\u0131, misafiri a\u011f\u0131rlama edebini ifade eder.<\/p>\n

Bu d\u00f6nemde insanlar \u00f6teden beri Araplar\u0131n en \u00f6nemli \u00f6zelli\u011fi olan c\u00f6mertlik ve misafirperverli\u011fi devam ettirmi\u015fler, Hz. Peygamber de bu konuda M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 uyarm\u0131\u015f ve onlar\u0131 \u00f6zellikle kom\u015fuya, muhta\u00e7lara yemek yedirme konusunda te\u015fvik etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Bu d\u00f6nem insanlar\u0131 nahif (kilosuz), faal, kanaatk\u00e2r ve de perhizk\u00e2rd\u0131lar. Az ve sade bir yeme\u011fe kanaat ederlerdi. Hatta o vaktin kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n fazla yemek yemedikleri i\u00e7in hafif olduklar\u0131 Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe\u2019den rivayet edilmi\u015ftir. Bu d\u00f6nemde insanlar ac\u0131kmadan yemezler\u00a0doymadan da yemekten kalkarlard\u0131.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber m\u00fcmin bir kimsenin az yemesini tavsiye etmi\u015f, insan\u0131n her i\u015ftah duydu\u011fu \u015feyi yemesinin israf oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015f, midenin \u00fc\u00e7te birini yemek i\u00e7in, \u00fc\u00e7te birini su i\u00e7in, \u00fc\u00e7te birini hava i\u00e7in ay\u0131rmak gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir.<\/strong> Bununla birlikte insan\u0131n a\u00e7 olup da yeme\u011fe \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman buna icabet etmesi gerekti\u011fi konusunda baz\u0131 ki\u015fileri uyarm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hz. Peygamber\u2019in yeme\u011fi s\u0131cak s\u0131cak yememek konusunda titiz davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131, bu sebeple Hz. Esm\u00e2\u2019n\u0131n da kendisine getirilen tirit yeme\u011finin buhar\u0131n\u0131n gitmesini bekleyerek bu kural\u0131 uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde yerde deriden sofralar \u00fczerinde yemek yeniliyordu.<\/strong> Hz. Peygamber bir yere dayanarak, iyice yerle\u015fip oturarak yemek yemedi\u011fini belirtmi\u015f,ki\u015filerin y\u00fcz\u00fckoyun yatarak yemek yemelerini yasaklam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu d\u00f6nem yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde han\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir yer tuttu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u0130bn Abbas bir rivayetinde; “Hz. Havva\u2019n\u0131n da b\u00fct\u00fcn kad\u0131nlar gibi hamur yo\u011furup ekmek yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u201d belirtmi\u015ftir. Buradan hareketle, Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekmek ve yemek yapmak gibi me\u015fguliyetleri oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde baz\u0131 han\u0131mlar\u0131n g\u00fczel yemek pi\u015firdikleri anlat\u0131l\u0131r. Bunlardan biri de Peygamberimizin han\u0131mlar\u0131ndan Hz. Safiyye\u2019dir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde han\u0131mlar evlerinde yemek yapmak d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, sava\u015flara da yemek yapmak, su ta\u015f\u0131mak, su kaplar\u0131n\u0131 onarmak ve sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerinde bulunmak i\u00e7in kat\u0131l\u0131yorlard\u0131. Su kaplar\u0131n\u0131 onarmak \u00fczere sava\u015fa kat\u0131lmak isteyenlerden biri de \u00dcmm\u00fc Sinan el-Eslemiyye\u2019dir. Sahabeden \u00dcmm\u00fc Sel\u00eet de Uhud sava\u015f\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda, s\u0131rt\u0131nda su ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131p sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lara da\u011f\u0131tm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber\u2019in yeme i\u00e7me konusunda bencil davranmay\u0131p muhta\u00e7 insanlar\u0131, kom\u015fular\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek gerekti\u011fini hat\u0131rlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Zira o, insanlara yemek yedirmenin \u00f6zellikle de muhta\u00e7lar\u0131 doyurman\u0131n \u00f6nemini her f\u0131rsatta vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hz. Peygamber, misafir kabul edilen eve, hayr\u0131n \u00e7abuk ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015f, kendisi de davet edildi\u011fi yerlere gitmi\u015f ve misafir kabul etmi\u015ftir. Misafirli\u011fi \u00f6vd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi misafire ikramda bulunmay\u0131 da tavsiye etmi\u015ftir. Bir yere yeme\u011fe davet edildi\u011finde gidilmesi, icabet edilmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir. En \u00e7ok kendisine sevimli gelen yeme\u011fin kalabal\u0131k sofrada yenilen yemek oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir. Hatt\u00e2 Hz. Peygamber hizmet\u00e7inin de yemek pi\u015firme zorlu\u011fu \u00e7ekti\u011fi i\u00e7in, ayn\u0131 sofrada bulunmas\u0131n\u0131 istemi\u015f, bundan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda, yemekten hizmet\u00e7iye de vermek gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir. Hz. Peygamber\u2019in, kimsenin yakla\u015fmak istemedi\u011fi hasta bir insanla da, yemek yedi\u011fi rivayetlerde yer almaktad\u0131r. Kendisine yemek yediklerinde doymad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen kimselere, sofra kurup birlikte yemek yemeyi tavsiye etmi\u015f, bir ki\u015finin yeme\u011finin iki ki\u015fiye, iki ki\u015finin yeme\u011finin de d\u00f6rt ki\u015fiye yetece\u011fini belirtmi\u015ftir, \u00e7orba pi\u015firildi\u011fi zaman kom\u015funun da g\u00f6zetilmesini tavsiye etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber yeme\u011fe h\u00fcrmet edilmesini istemi\u015f, hi\u00e7bir yeme\u011fi hi\u00e7bir zaman ay\u0131plamam\u0131\u015f, ho\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman yemi\u015f, bir yemekten ho\u015flanmad\u0131ysa yememi\u015ftir, yere at\u0131lan bir ekmek par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ekme\u011fe h\u00fcrmet edilmesi gerekti\u011fini hat\u0131rlatm\u0131\u015f, ekme\u011fin bir kavimden nefret etmesi sonucu bir daha o kavme d\u00f6nmeyece\u011fini belirtmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Bu d\u00f6nemde hekimler sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olabilmek i\u00e7in baz\u0131 tavsiyelerde bulunmu\u015flar, insan\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131n yiyeceklerine g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u00f6nemle ilgili oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015flerdir. Buna g\u00f6re sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in, iyi pi\u015fmi\u015f taze et yenilmesi, olmu\u015f meyve yenmesi, yiyeceklerin \u00e7ok \u00e7i\u011fneyerek yenilmesi, sevilen yiyeceklerin yenilmesi, ak\u015fam yeme\u011finden sonra uyumamak ve y\u00fcz ad\u0131m da olsa y\u00fcr\u00fcnmesi gerekti\u011fi hususunda insanlar\u0131 uyarm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6nemi ve \u00f6ncesinde, yemek verilen belirli g\u00fcn ve zamanlar mevcuttu. \u0130nsanlar sevin\u00e7lerini ve \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fclerini payla\u015fmak i\u00e7in yemek verirlerdi. Araplar \u00e7e\u015fitli vesilelerle yemek ikram\u0131nda bulunurlard\u0131. Bunlar\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u0130za\u2019r, s\u00fcnnet yeme\u011fi; velime ve naki\u2019a, d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yeme\u011fi; hurs, do\u011fum yeme\u011fi; akika, do\u011fumun yedinci g\u00fcn\u00fcnde verilen yemek; naki\u2019a, yolculuktan d\u00f6nen ki\u015finin verdi\u011fi yemek; vekira, evini tamamlayan ki\u015finin verdi\u011fi yemek; me\u2019dube, herhangi bir davet i\u00e7in verilen yemektir. Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yemeklerine “velime\u201d<\/strong> deniliyordu. Asl\u0131nda velime genel anlamda davet yeme\u011fi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131. Halil b. Ahmed, Cevher\u00ee, \u0130bn\u00fc\u2019l-Es\u00eer gibi dilciler velime ismini d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yeme\u011fine tahsis etmi\u015fler, velimenin d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yeme\u011fi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ancak kay\u0131tla kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunmu\u015flard\u0131r. Peygamber ve o d\u00f6nemdeki ki\u015filer d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yeme\u011fi konusunda titiz davranm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Hz. Peygamber bir koyunla bile olsa d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yeme\u011fi verilmesini tavsiye etmi\u015ftir. Bu yeme\u011fe \u00f6zellikle fakirlerin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u0131srarla vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ashab da d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yeme\u011fine \u00f6nem vermi\u015f, mali g\u00fcc\u00fc yerinde olmayanlar \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde yemek verebilmek i\u00e7in ellerinden geleni yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Mesela Hz. Ali, Hz. Fat\u0131ma\u2019yla evlenirken da\u011flardan toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0131zh\u0131r otunu devesiyle Medine\u2019ye getirmi\u015f, Yahudi bir kuyumcuya satarak elde etti\u011fi parayla ikramda bulunmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde yeme\u011fin nerde pi\u015firildi\u011fi ve yendi\u011fi konusuna gelince; Hz. Peygamber\u2019in evinde iki \u00fc\u00e7 ay ate\u015f yanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden rivayetlerin oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Hz. Peygamber\u2019in bir g\u00fcn \u00c2i\u015fe\u2019nin evine girip tencerede kaynamakta olan eti g\u00f6rmesi\u00a0 gibi rivayetlerden Peygamber\u2019in evinde yemek pi\u015firilen bir oca\u011f\u0131n var oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kitab\u00fc\u2019l-Ayn\u2019da da yemek yenilen yer anlam\u0131nda \u00a0kelimesine rastlan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ancak Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde m\u00fcstakil bir mutfaktan s\u00f6z etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnmemektedir. Bununla birlikte Mekke\u2019nin zenginlerinden As\u0131r b. C\u00fcd\u2019an\u2019\u0131n evinin b\u00fcy\u00fck ve \u00e7e\u015fitli odalar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu, bunlardan birinin de yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecekleri korumak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan bir odas\u0131n\u0131n (kiler) oldu\u011fu bilgileri kaynaklarda yer almaktad\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re zengin ki\u015filerin evlerinde yiyeceklerin konuldu\u011fu bir odadan bahsedilse bile o d\u00f6nem insan\u0131n evinde mutfak olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenilebilir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber\u2019in yak\u0131n kom\u015fusu H\u00e2rise b. en-Nu\u2019man\u2019\u0131n k\u0131z\u0131 \u00dcmm\u00fc Hi\u015f\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re Medine\u2019de Hz. Peygamber\u2019le bir m\u00fcddet ortak kulland\u0131klar\u0131 f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131 vard\u0131. Bir hadisteki bilgiden de bu d\u00f6nem f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131z k\u0131sm\u0131 dar, alt k\u0131sm\u0131 geni\u015f, dip k\u0131sm\u0131nda yanan kapal\u0131 bir tand\u0131r oldu\u011fu bilgisine ula\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde ate\u015fin nas\u0131l yak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda Bozkurt, m\u00fcfessirlerin “O size ye\u015fil a\u011fa\u00e7tan ate\u015f yapt\u0131, siz onu yakmaktas\u0131n\u0131z\u201d ayetinin tefsirinde de\u011findi\u011fi ate\u015f yakma usul\u00fcn\u00fcn ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemekte, merh ve af\u00e2r denilen a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n dallar\u0131n\u0131n birbirine s\u00fcrt\u00fcnce kibrit gibi ate\u015f \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisini vermektedir. Ayr\u0131ca Araplar\u0131n “her a\u011fa\u00e7ta ate\u015f vard\u0131r, fakat merh ve af\u00e2r \u00e7ok bulmu\u015ftur\u201d s\u00f6z\u00fcyle N\u00fcveyr\u00ee\u2019nin bu s\u00f6z o a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00e7abuk tutu\u015fmas\u0131ndand\u0131r a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131na yer vermektedir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber\u2019in insanlar\u0131n ortak oldu\u011fu ve kom\u015funun kom\u015fuyu bo\u015f \u00e7eviremeyece\u011fi \u015feyler aras\u0131nda su ve tuzla birlikte ate\u015fi de saym\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu hadisten de ate\u015fin kom\u015fular taraf\u0131ndan ortakla\u015fa kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Yani bahsedilen a\u011fa\u00e7lar mevcut de\u011filse ate\u015f kom\u015fudan istenmekteydi.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde hadisleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurdu\u011fumuzda iki \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn yeme\u011fe rastlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/strong> \u00d6\u011f\u00fcnlerden biri Hz. Peygamber\u2019in terk etmeme konusunda uyard\u0131\u011f\u0131, terk edilmesi durumunda insan\u0131n erken ya\u015flanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti\u011fi (a\u015f\u00e2) ak\u015fam di\u011feri de sabah (gad\u00e2) yeme\u011fidir. Bu \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerden biri hurma, s\u00fct gibi hafif yiyeceklerden olu\u015furdu. Ak\u015fam yeme\u011finin saati ak\u015fam namaz\u0131ndan hemen sonrayd\u0131. Ikd\u00fc\u2019l- Fer\u00eed\u2019de, sulfeh ad\u0131 verilen ve \u00f6\u011fleden \u00f6nce al\u0131nan yemek anlam\u0131nda bir kelime ge\u00e7mektedir. Orta\u00e7a\u011f boyunca \u0130slam \u00fclkelerinde iki \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn yemek yenildi\u011fi de kaynaklarda yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6nemi yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn en \u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131ndan biri sudur. Bu d\u00f6nemde evlerdeki su ihtiyac\u0131, umumi kuyulardan sa\u011flanmaktayd\u0131. \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n do\u011fdu\u011fu s\u0131rada Mekke\u2019de k\u0131rk\u0131n \u00fczerinde kuyu bulunmaktayd\u0131. Medine\u2019de de pek \u00e7ok su kuyusu bulunmaktayd\u0131. Bu kuyular\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131ndan Hz. Peygamber su i\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Kaynaklarda Hz. Peygamber\u2019in su i\u00e7ti\u011fi kuyular hakk\u0131nda bilgi verilmektedir. Bunlar Eris, A\u2019vaf, \u00dcn\u00e2, Enes b. Malik b. Nadr, Eh\u00e2b, Busa, Bud\u00e2\u2019a, Cemel, B\u00eereh\u00e2, Hulve, Zer\u2019, R\u00fbme, Suky\u00e2, Akabe, Eb\u00fb Inebe, Ihn, \u011eurs, Kard\u00e2fa, Yesire kuyular\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Medine\u2019de zaman zaman su darl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ekilmi\u015f, su y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bir tak\u0131m ihtilaflar \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Her mahallenin bir kuyusu vard\u0131r. Ancak \u00f6zel kuyusu olan evler de mevcuttur. Baz\u0131 kimseler sahip olduklar\u0131 kuyular\u0131n sular\u0131n\u0131 para kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda satmaktad\u0131r. Bunlardan biri olan R\u00fbme kuyusu, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in te\u015fvikiyle, Hz. Osman taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131n al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n istifadesine sunulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

\u0130slam\u2019\u0131n zuhuru s\u0131ras\u0131nda Medine\u2019nin kuzeyinde kaynak sular\u0131 mevcuttu. Bu sulardan halk\u0131n su ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lanmaktayd\u0131. Medine halk\u0131 sebze ve meyvesini kendi yeti\u015ftiriyordu.\u00a0 Baz\u0131lar\u0131 hurma a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda ziraat yap\u0131yordu. Bu \u015fekilde ziraat\u0131, Hz. Peygamber de Ben\u00ee Nad\u00eer yurdu topraklar\u0131nda yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Allah\u2019\u0131n ismi an\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde yeme\u011fin bereketlenece\u011fini\u00a0 belirtmi\u015f ve yan\u0131nda olup da besmele \u00e7ekmeyi unutan kimseleri uyarm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli g\u00f6rg\u00fc kural\u0131 da yemekten \u00f6nce ellerin ve a\u011fz\u0131n y\u0131kanmas\u0131d\u0131r.\u00a0 Hz. Hz. Peygamber sofra kald\u0131r\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce yemekten ayr\u0131lmay\u0131 da yasaklam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Bunu s\u00f6ylemesinin nedeni insanlar\u0131n kalkan kimseden utanmas\u0131 ve yeme ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011fu halde yemekten \u00e7ekinmesidir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber kokulu olan ve insanlar\u0131 rahats\u0131z edecek yiyecekleri yememek konusunda baz\u0131 tavsiyelerde bulunmu\u015f \u00f6zellikle toplum i\u00e7ine kokulu yiyecekler yenilerek gelinmemesi konusunda insanlar\u0131 uyarm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber, yemek yerken lokman\u0131n yere d\u00fc\u015fmesi durumunda, lokmadaki tozu gidermeyi ve sonra yemeyi \u00f6\u011f\u00fctlemi\u015ftir. O, yeme\u011fe \u00fcf\u00fcrmemi\u015f,\u00a0 i\u00e7ece\u011fi de birden \u00e7ok nefeste i\u00e7ip kab\u0131n i\u00e7ine nefes vermemi\u015ftir.\u00a0 Bu sebeple i\u00e7ecekleri bardak gibi bir kap ya da avu\u00e7la i\u00e7meyi tavsiye etmi\u015f ve avu\u00e7lanarak i\u00e7ilece\u011fi zaman da \u00f6nce ellerin y\u0131kanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Yine d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyip zarar verici bir \u015fey olmas\u0131 ihtimaliyle testi gibi kaplar\u0131n a\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131ndan i\u00e7meyi yasaklam\u0131\u015f,\u00a0 kontrol etmek gerekti\u011fini hat\u0131rlatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Kendisi a\u011fz\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k kaplardan su i\u00e7mekten de sak\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber kalan yemek ve i\u00e7ecekler i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan kaplar\u0131n \u00fcstlerini \u00f6rtmeyi, tulumlar\u0131n da a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131 ba\u011flamay\u0131, e\u011fer bo\u015f bir kap ise i\u00e7ine herhangi bir \u015fey girmemesi i\u00e7in ters \u00e7evrilmesini tavsiye etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber, yan\u0131ndakilere bir i\u00e7ecek ikram edilece\u011fi zaman, \u00f6nce sa\u011fdaki kimseye ve b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011fe vermek gerekti\u011fini, en son su da\u011f\u0131tan kimsenin i\u00e7mesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc bir \u00fclkenin, bir \u015fehrin \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerinde farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stermektedir. \u0130nceledi\u011fimiz d\u00f6nemde de ya\u015fan\u0131lan mek\u00e2na, insanlar\u0131n mali g\u00fcc\u00fcne g\u00f6re bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr olu\u015ftu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n

\u0130slam \u00f6ncesi Arap toplumunun yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ele almak konumuzun daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde c\u00f6mertlik, misafirperverlik, az yeme gibi hususlara dikkat edildi\u011fi, \u00f6zel isimler verilen ziyafetler d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi, et, sevik, hurma ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere baz\u0131 yiyecekler yenildi\u011fi, bundan ba\u015fka baz\u0131 kabilelerin keler eti yedikleri, vah\u015fi hayvan etleri yiyen kabilelerin bulundu\u011fu, \u00f6zellikle k\u0131tl\u0131k zamanlar\u0131nda bacca, heb\u0131t gibi yiyecekler yenildi\u011fi bilgilere tezimizde yer verilmi\u015ftir. \u0130slam \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemde yenilen yemeklerde, kullan\u0131lan malzemelerde k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, sadece Hz. Peygamber\u2019in baz\u0131 hayvan etlerini yemeye, baz\u0131 i\u00e7ecekleri i\u00e7meye s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmalar getirdi\u011fi tespit olunmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

\u0130slam \u00f6ncesi Arap toplumunda yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc konusu \u00fczerinde durulduktan sonra Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6nemi yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecek \u00e7e\u015fitleri incelenmi\u015ftir. Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde bulunan yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecek \u00e7e\u015fitleri, bunlar\u0131n isimleri, nas\u0131l yap\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131, bunlarla ilgili \u00f6rneklemelere yer verilmi\u015ftir. Ekmek, \u00e7orba, et yemekleri, sebze yemekleri, di\u011fer yemekler, tatl\u0131lar, meyveler ve i\u00e7ecekler \u015feklinde tasnif edilmi\u015ftir. Ekmek konusu ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda, bu d\u00f6nemde genellikle arpa ekme\u011fi yenildi\u011fi, bu\u011fday ekme\u011fi de az olmakla beraber t\u00fcketildi\u011fi tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Bu d\u00f6nemde deve, koyun, s\u0131\u011f\u0131r, ke\u00e7i, tav\u015fan, tavuk, bal\u0131ketleri yenilmekteydi. \u00c7ekirge, keler, yaban e\u015fe\u011fi, at etleri de zor zamanlarda baz\u0131 ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan yeniliyordu. Et yemekleri en fazla ha\u015flanarak ya da kebap olarak yap\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Et yemekleri i\u00e7inde en \u00f6nemlisi tirit yeme\u011fiydi. Bundan ba\u015fka irt, tafey\u015fel, hazire, kadid de sevilen et yemeklerindendi. Dalak, ci\u011fer, beyin, pa\u00e7a gibi et yemekleri de yap\u0131l\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n

\u0130nceledi\u011fimiz d\u00f6nemin sebze yemeklerini ise kabak, paz\u0131, so\u011fan, sar\u0131msak, p\u0131rasa, mantar, salatal\u0131k, acur, yer elmas\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Bu sebzelerden yemekler yap\u0131l\u0131yor, severek yeniliyordu.<\/p>\n

Bu d\u00f6nem yemeklerinden baz\u0131lar\u0131 da hays, sevik, aside, be\u015f\u2019i, harika, sehine, besise, atriyye, lemze, akke, sahira, azira, ra\u011f\u0131de, rehiye, velika, hazifedir. S\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden olan ek\u0131t, peynir, tereya\u011f\u0131 gibi yiyecekler de yeniliyordu.<\/p>\n

Bu d\u00f6nemde genellikle hurmadan yap\u0131lan tatl\u0131lar yeniliyordu. Mec\u2019i, nehale, es\u0131yye, gafiha gibi tatl\u0131lar hurmadan yap\u0131lan tatl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitlerindendir. Bir\u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fidi olan baldan da tatl\u0131lar yap\u0131l\u0131yordu. \u00c7o\u011fu zamanda bal tatl\u0131 olarak t\u00fcketiliyordu. Bu d\u00f6nemin en sevilen tatl\u0131lar\u0131ndan biri de felluze\u00e7tir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde bir\u00e7ok meyve \u00e7e\u015fidi biliniyordu. Hurma, kavun, karpuz, ayva, \u00fcz\u00fcm, yabani yemi\u015f gibi meyveler yenilmekteydi. Nar, \u015feftali, dut, incir gibi meyvelerinde yenildi\u011fine dair rivayetler vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu d\u00f6nem i\u00e7eceklerini su, zemzem, s\u00fct ve hurma, bal, \u00fcz\u00fcmden yap\u0131lan \u015f\u0131ra olu\u015fturmaktayd\u0131.<\/p>\n

Yiyecek ve i\u00e7ecek \u00e7e\u015fitleri hakk\u0131nda bilgi verildikten sonra Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde kullan\u0131lan yemek ve su kaplar\u0131 konusuna ge\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. Desia, cefne, kas\u2019a, mektele, feyha, s\u00fck\u00fcrr\u00fcce, mircel, b\u00fcrme, tuluk, misab, bed\u2019i gibi yemek kaplar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgilere tezimizde yer verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Bu d\u00f6nemde a\u011fa\u00e7tan, deriden, camdan, ta\u015ftan, topraktan yap\u0131lan ve b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re ya da i\u00e7ine konulan i\u00e7ece\u011fe g\u00f6re isimlendirilen ma\u015fraba, k\u0131rba, testi gibi su kaplar\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n

Ta\u015f de\u011firmeni, havan, kalbur, sepet, sofra, tepsi, b\u0131\u00e7ak, el bezi gibi mutfak e\u015fyalar\u0131n\u0131n mevcudiyeti tespit edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde yenilen yemeklerin ve kullan\u0131lan malzemelerin ticaretinin bilinmesi de konunun daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bir\u00e7ok \u00fclke ile ticari ili\u015fkileri olan, ticarette \u00f6nemli bir yere sahip olan Mekke ve Medine\u2019de bu\u011fday, un, \u00fcz\u00fcm, hurma, ya\u011f gibi yemek malzemelerinin ve deri, tahta, \u00e7anak \u00e7\u00f6mlek gibi mutfak malzemelerin ticareti yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f ve ticaret yapan kimseler, ticaret mallar\u0131na bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde yer verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber d\u00f6neminde yemek \u00f6ncesi, yemek esnas\u0131 ve yemek sonras\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok g\u00f6rg\u00fc kurallar\u0131na dikkat edildi\u011fi, Hz.
