Kel\u00e2m ulem\u00e2s\u0131 im\u00e2n ile k\u00fcfr\u00fc tarifde iki f\u0131rkaya ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bunlardan birinci f\u0131rkan\u0131n tarifine \u201cKavl-i tahk\u00eek\u201d, \u0130kincinin tarifine \u201cKavl-i me\u015fhur\u201d derler.<\/p>\n

Kavl-i tahkike g\u00f6re iman: Dinden oldu\u011fu bizzarure bilinen, .yani Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s.) in Allah\u2019dand\u0131r diye getirip haber verdi\u011fi \u015feylerin hepsini kalbiyle tasdik ve kabul etmektir. Peygamber Efendimizin Allah\u2019dand\u0131r diye haber verdi\u011fi \u015feyler, Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019in \u00e2yetleri ve s\u00fbreleridir. Binaenaleyh her m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n, mushaflar\u0131n iki kabu\u011fu aras\u0131nda yaz\u0131l\u0131 bulunan b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e2yet ve s\u00fbrelerin Allah kel\u00e2m\u0131 oldu\u011funa zerre kadar \u015f\u00fcphe etmeden b\u00fct\u00fcn kalbiyle inanmas\u0131 icabeder. Yaln\u0131z bu tarife g\u00f6re inand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dil ile ikrar etmek iman\u0131n r\u00fckn\u00fc de\u011fil, \u015fart\u0131d\u0131r. Yani dilsizlik gibi bir \u00f6zr\u00fc olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde iman etti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemeyen, fakat kalbiyle iman etmi\u015f bulunan bir kimse Allahu Te\u00e2l\u00e2 indinde m\u00fcsl\u00fcmand\u0131r. Bu zat hakk\u0131nda iman\u0131n uhrev\u00ee h\u00fck\u00fcmleri c\u00e2ridir. Cehennemde ebed\u00ee kalmaz, ancak ikrar\u0131 terk etti\u011fi i\u00e7in g\u00fcnahk\u00e2rd\u0131r ve m\u00fcsl\u00fcman oldu\u011fu bilinmedi\u011finden hakk\u0131nda m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n d\u00fcnyev\u00ee ahk\u00e2m\u0131 cereyan etmez. Mesel\u00e2: kendisine m\u00fcsl\u00fcman k\u0131z\u0131 verilmez, \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc zaman m\u00fcsl\u00fcman kabristan\u0131na g\u00f6m\u00fclmez. Bu tarifi yapanlar\u0131n delilleri :<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201c Onlar\u0131n kalbleri iman etmedi\u201d (Maide, 41)<\/strong> gibi iman\u0131n kalblerde oldu\u011funa del\u00e2let eden \u00e2yetlerle, me\u015fhur iman ve \u0130sl\u00e2m hadisidir. Bu hadis-i \u015ferifde \u015f\u00f6yle buyurulmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n

A.). \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015ftir: \u201cBir g\u00fcn biz Ras\u00fblullah\u2019\u0131n yan\u0131nda iken yan\u0131m\u0131za elbisesi pek beyaz, sa\u00e7\u0131ma siyah\u0131 \u015fiddetli, \u00fczerinde yolculuk eseri g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyen ve i\u00e7imizden, kimsenin tan\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir adam \u00e7\u0131kageldi; Peygamber (s.a.s.)\u2019in yan\u0131na oturdu, ve (terbiyeli zevat\u0131n yapt\u0131klar\u0131 gibi) dizlerini onun dizlerine dayad\u0131; ellerini uyluklar\u0131 \u00fczerine koydu ve dedi ki: \u201cYa Muhammed, bana \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131 haber ver.\u201d Ras\u00fblullah (s.a.s.): \u201c\u0130sl\u00e2m Allah\u2019dan ba\u015fka Allah olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na, Muhammed\u2019in Ras\u00fblullah oldu\u011funa \u015feh\u00e2det etmen, namaz\u0131 dosdo\u011fru k\u0131lman, zek\u00e2t\u0131 vermen, Ramazan orucunu tutman ve yol masraf\u0131na g\u00fcc\u00fcn yeterse\u00a0 Beytu\u2019llah\u2019\u0131 haccetmendir\u201d buyurdular. \u201cDo\u011fru s\u00f6yledin\u201d dedi. Biz buna \u015fa\u015ft\u0131k (\u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bilmiyenler gibi) soruyor, (bilenlerin hali gibi) tasdik ediyordu. \u201cBana iman\u0131 da haber ver\u201d dedi. Buyurdular ki: \u00abAllah\u2019a, meleklerine, kitaplar\u0131na, peygamberlerine, yevmi \u00e2hirete inanman, bir de kadere, hayr\u0131na, \u015ferrine inanmand\u0131r.\u201d\u201dDo\u011fru s\u00f6yledin\u201ddedi. \u201cBana ihsan\u0131 da haber ver\u201d dedi. \u201cAllah\u2019a, O\u2019nu g\u00f6r\u00fcyormu\u015fsun gibi ib\u00e2det etmendir. Z\u00eera sen O\u2019nu g\u00f6rm\u00fcyorsan, O seni muhakkak g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u201d buyurdular<\/p>\n

\u201cSonra Hz. \u00d6mer (R. A.) \u015funu il\u00e2ve etti: \u201cBundan sonra o zat gitti. Ben uzun zaman durdum, nihayet Ras\u00fbl\u00fc Ekrem buyurdular ki: \u201cY\u00e2 \u00d6mer! Bu soran kimdir bilir misin?\u201d \u201cAllah ve Ras\u00fbl\u00fc bilir\u201d dedim. \u201cO Cebr\u00e2il idi, size dininizi \u00f6\u011fretme\u011fe gelmi\u015f\u201d buyurdular.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u0130man\u0131n kalbde oldu\u011funa dair icm\u00e2-i \u00fcmmet de vard\u0131r. Zira dilsizlik veya tehdit suretiyle, icbar gibi bir m\u00e2ni\u2019den dolay\u0131 m\u00fcsl\u00fcman oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyemiyen, fakat kalbi imanla dolu bulunan bir kimse bilittifak m\u00fc\u2019mindir.<\/p>\n

Kavl-i me\u015fhura g\u00f6re iman : Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s.) in Allah\u2019dand\u0131r diye getirip haber verdi\u011fi \u015feylerin hepsini kalbiyle tasdik ve diliyle ikrar etmektir. Bu tarife g\u00f6re ikrar, iman\u0131n c\u00fcz\u2019 \u00fcd\u00fcr. Yani iman, biri tasdik di\u011feri ikrar olmak \u00fczere iki r\u00fck\u00fcnden meydana gelmektedir. Ancak dilsizlik veya \u00f6l\u00fcm tehdidi ile a\u011f\u0131zdan k\u00fcfretmek gibi \u00f6z\u00fcrler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, kalbi imanla dolu bulunan kimse, bu tarife g\u00f6re de dinden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f say\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 cihetle, iman\u0131n kalb ile tasdik c\u00fcz\u2019\u00fcne, r\u00fckn-\u00fc asl\u00ee, yani hi\u00e7bir s\u00fbrette de\u011fi\u015fmeyen c\u00fcz\u2019\u00fc; dil ile ikrar c\u00fcz\u2019\u00fcne de r\u00fckh-\u00fc z\u00e2id, yani icab\u0131nda terkedilebilen c\u00fcz\u2019\u00fc denilmi\u015ftir. Dil ile ikrar\u0131 iman\u0131n c\u00fcz\u2019\u00fc kabul eden bu tarife g\u00f6re hi\u00e7bir \u00f6z\u00fcr yokken m\u00fcsl\u00fcman oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemeyen kimse m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar nazar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi, Allahu Te\u00e2l\u00e2 indinde de k\u00e2fir ve ebed\u00ee cehennemliktir.<\/p>\n

\u201cAllah\u2019dan ba\u015fka Allah yoktur deyinceye kadar insanlarla \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmaya me\u2019mur oldum\u201d (Buhari,M\u00fcslim,Tirmizi)<\/strong> had\u00ees-i \u015ferifidir.<\/p>\n

Kavl-i tahk\u0131ka g\u00f6re k\u00fcf\u00fcr : Dinden oldu\u011fu bizzar\u00fbre bilinen bir \u015feyi kalbiyle tasdik etmemektir. Bir insan\u0131n ne d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc bilmeye, s\u00f6zle ifadeden ba\u015fka imk\u00e2n bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 cihetle, k\u00fcfr\u00fcn\u00fc dil ile itiraf etmeyenin dinsizli\u011fi bittabi bilinemiyece\u011finden, \u015e\u00e2ri\u2019 Hazretleri bu babda kavl\u00ee ve fiil\u00ee baz\u0131 al\u00e2metler nasbetmi\u015ftir ki bu al\u00e2metler kimde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrse, o kimsenin k\u00fcfr\u00fcne h\u00fckmolunur. Peygamberi veya Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019i tan\u0131mamak ve h\u0131ristiyanlara mahsus olan \u201cha\u00e7\u0131\u201d boynunda ta\u015f\u0131yarak onlar\u0131n kilisesine devam etmek gibi.<\/p>\n

Kavl-i me\u015fhura g\u00f6re, k\u00fcf\u00fcr: Hi\u00e7bir \u00f6z\u00fcr yokken kalble tasdik ve dil ile ikrar\u0131 terk etmektir. Gerek iman, gerekse k\u00fcf\u00fcr hakk\u0131nda kavl-i tahkik itikatda imam\u0131m\u0131z Ebu Mans\u00fcr M\u00e2tur\u00eed\u00ee ile, \u015f\u00e2ir M\u00e2tur\u00eed\u00eeyye imamlar\u0131n\u0131n ve bir\u00e7ok E\u015f\u2019ariyye kel\u00e2mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n mezhebidir. \u0130mam-\u0131 A\u2019zam\u2019dan d\u00e2hi nakledilmi\u015ftir. Nitekim, nam eserinde mevcuttur. Kavl-i me\u015fhur ise Hanef\u00ee imamlardan \u015eemsu\u2019l-Eimme Serahs\u00ee ile Fahru’l-\u0130sl\u00e2m Pezdev\u00ee\u2019den ve ekseri fukahadan menkuld\u00fcr. Yani k\u00fcf\u00fcrden kurtulan, do\u011frudan do\u011fruya m\u00fc\u2019min olmak saadetine kavu\u015ftu\u011fu gibi, el-iy\u00e2zu bill\u00e2h, imandan \u00e7\u0131kan da derhal k\u00e2fir olur. Yaln\u0131z dal\u00e2let f\u0131rkalar\u0131ndan mu\u2019tezileye g\u00f6re, imanla k\u00fcf\u00fcr aras\u0131nda vas\u0131ta vard\u0131r ve bu vas\u0131ta f\u0131skd\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte, iman\u0131n yukar\u0131da izaha \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z tariflerinden de pek \u00e2l\u00e2 anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 vecihle, m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmak i\u00e7in sadece Allah\u2019a inanmak k\u00e2fi de\u011fildir. Dinden oldu\u011fu bizzar\u00fbre bilinen, yani Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim ve Hz. Peygamber vas\u0131tasiyle bize bildirilen neler varsa, hepsini kabul ve tasdik etmek, m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmak i\u00e7in zar\u00fbr\u00eedir. Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de ise \u00e7e\u015fitli \u0130l\u00e2h\u00ee kitaplardan, Allah ile kul aras\u0131nda el\u00e7ilik vazifesini g\u00f6ren peygamberlerden, meleklerden, iblisten, \u015feytandan, cinlerden, mucizelerden v.s. nice yeknazarda garip g\u00f6r\u00fcnebilecek \u015feylerden bahsedilmekte ve bunlar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 haber verilmektedir. \u015eu halde m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmak i\u00e7in bunlar\u0131n hepsine birden teredd\u00fcts\u00fcz ve \u015f\u00fcphesiz olarak inanmak \u015fartt\u0131r. Haber verilen zar\u00fbr\u00e2t-\u0131 diniyyeyi birer birer inceliyerek inanma\u011fa iman-\u0131 tafsili, tetkik etmeden hepsine toptan inanma\u011fa iman-\u0131 icm\u00e2l\u00ee derler. Bunlardan birincisi \u015f\u00fcphesiz ki efd\u00e2l ise de m\u00fcsl\u00fcman say\u0131lmak i\u00e7in \u0130kincisi de k\u00e2fidir. \u0130man-\u0131 tafsili, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n \u201cAment\u00fc\u201ds\u00fc ile h\u00fcl\u00e2sa edilmi\u015ftir ki, \u015f\u00f6yledir:<\/p>\n

“Ben Allah\u2019a, meleklerine, kitaplar\u0131na, peygamberlerine, \u00e2hiret g\u00fcn\u00fcne, kadere ve hayr\u0131n\u0131n, \u015ferrinin Allah\u2019dan oldu\u011funa inand\u0131m. \u00d6ld\u00fckten sonra dirilmek hakt\u0131r. Allah\u2019dan ba\u015fka Allah olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve Muhammed\u2019in O\u2019nun kulu ve Ras\u00fbl\u00fc oldu\u011funa \u015feh\u00e2det ederim.\u201d <\/strong>Buna s\u0131fat-\u0131 iman derler ve hemen hemen Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019den iktibas edilmi\u015ftir. Kim Allah\u2019a, meleklerine, kitaplar\u0131na, ras\u00fbllerine ve son g\u00fcne k\u00fcfrederse, muhakkak sonsuz bir \u00e7\u0131kmaza sapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d(Nisa,133)<\/strong> Tefsirlerin bu \u00e2yet \u00fczerindeki beyanlar\u0131na g\u00f6re: Abdullah b. Sel\u00e2m ile arkada\u015flar\u0131 Ras\u00fbl\u00fc Ekrem (s.a.s.) e; Ya Ras\u00fblalllah! Biz sana ve kitab\u0131na, M\u00fbs\u00e2\u2019ya, Tevrata, ve \u00dczeyr\u2019e inan\u0131r\u0131z. Yine tefsirlerin beyan\u0131na g\u00f6re bu \u00e2yet-i kerimeden \u015fu m\u00e2n\u00e2lar \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n

a)Ey m\u00fc\u2019minler! Dilinizle s\u00f6yledi\u011finiz gibi, kalbinizle de inan\u0131n, m\u00fcn\u00e2f\u0131k olmay\u0131n.<\/p>\n

b) Allah taraf\u0131ndan indirilen b\u00fct\u00fcn kitaplara, peygamberlere \u015f\u00e2mil olacak s\u00fbrette iman edin. Zira baz\u0131s\u0131na iman edip, baz\u0131s\u0131na etmemek hi\u00e7 iman etmemek gibidir.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte bu ve emsali \u00e2yetlerden de a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor ki iman par\u00e7alanmaz bir b\u00fct\u00fcnd\u00fcr; ve Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019in haber verdi\u011fi \u015feylerin hepsine birden inanan kimseye m\u00fcsl\u00fcman denir. Bunlardan velev bir tanesini olsun istisna eden, m\u00fcsl\u00fcman de\u011fildir. Vaktiyle m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul edip, sonradan terk edenlere m\u00fcrted derler. Bu gibilerin \u0130sl\u00e2m Hukukuna g\u00f6re cezas\u0131 katildir. Zarur\u00e2t-\u0131 diniyyeden olan \u015feylerden baz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 istisna ederek inanmak istemiyenler hakk\u0131nda Kur\u2019an\u0131 Kerim\u2019de:<\/p>\n

\u201cYoksa siz Kitab\u2019\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131na inan\u0131p, bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 ink\u00e2r m\u0131 ediyorsunuz ? Sizden bunu yapan\u0131n d\u00fcnyada rezil ve r\u00fcsvay olmaktan ba\u015fka ne cezas\u0131 olur. K\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fcnde ise bu gibiler azab\u0131n en \u015fiddetlisine at\u0131l\u0131rlar. Allah, sizin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zdan gafil de\u011fildir. Bunlar,\u00e2d\u00ee hayat\u0131 \u00e2hiretle de\u011fi\u015fenlerdir. Binaenaleyh onlardan azab hafifletilmiyecek, onlara yard\u0131m da olunmayacakt\u0131r\u201d(Bakara,85-86)<\/strong> buyurulmaktad\u0131r. Vak\u0131a bu \u00e2yet-i kerimede do\u011frudan do\u011fruruya hitab Ben\u00ee \u0130sraile\u2019dir. Fakat us\u00fbl\u00fc f\u0131k\u0131f ilminde beyan olundu\u011fu vecihle bizden \u00f6nceki peygamberlerin \u015feriat\u0131, bizim i\u00e7in de \u015fer\u00eeatd\u0131r. Yeter ki onlar\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131 bize Allah veya Ras\u00fbl\u00fc hik\u00e2ye etmi\u015f bulunsun ve elverir ki bizim hakk\u0131m\u0131zda delil olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirir red ve ink\u00e2r gibi bir i\u015faret de bulunmas\u0131n. Nitekim \u00e2yet-i kerime de b\u00f6yledir. \u015eu halde Ben\u00ee \u0130srail\u2019e olan bu hitab aynen biz m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara da hitabd\u0131r. Bu m\u00fcnasebetle bir daha g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f oluyor ki, iman par\u00e7alanmaz bir b\u00fct\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Kim ki b\u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcr der veya b\u00f6lme\u011fe kalk\u0131\u015f\u0131rsa, kendili\u011finden d\u00e2ire-i \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019dan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olur.<\/p>\n

Maalesef, maraz\u0131 \u015fifa g\u00f6ren baz\u0131 yazarlar, iman\u0131 de\u011fil, Avrupa medeniyetini b\u00f6l\u00fcnmez bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak vas\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131r ve zaman zaman \u00e7e\u015fitli yaz\u0131lar\u0131yla bu tezi kabul ettirmek i\u00e7in yaygaralar kopar\u0131rlar. Bilmezler veya bilmek istemezler ki Avrupa medeniyeti pek\u00e2la b\u00f6l\u00fcn\u00fcr bir b\u00fct\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc; e\u011fer b\u00f6l\u00fcnmez olsayd\u0131 o medeniyetin en m\u00fchim c\u00fcz u olan dinini de almak icap ederdi. Halbuki Avrupa medeniyetini kabul eden m\u00fcsl\u00fcman milletler onlar\u0131n dinlerini almam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Nitekim bizzat Avrupal\u0131lar da vaktiyle ; \u0130sl\u00e2m medeniyetini al\u0131rken onun dinini almad\u0131klar\u0131 gibi, Avrupa medeniyetini payla\u015f\u0131rken birbirinin dinlerini almam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u015eayet medeniyet par\u00e7alanmaz bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olsayd\u0131, bug\u00fcn Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n tek dinli bir medeniyeti olmak icabederdi. Ortada b\u00f6yle bir \u015fey olamad\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, Avrupa medeniyeti par\u00e7alanabiliyor ve par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f demektir.<\/p>\n

Evet her \u015feyden evvel Allah\u2019\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na, birli\u011fine, s\u0131fatlar\u0131na iman etmek, fakat bununla birlikte peygamberlere, kitaplara, meleklere, ahiret g\u00fcn\u00fcne, cennet, cehennem, cin, iblis, m\u00fbcize v.s. gibi hakikatlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na inanmak da icabeder.<\/p>\n

Vak\u0131a b\u00f6yle g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyen \u015feylere kanmak ilim ve fen nam\u0131na, konu\u015fan baz\u0131 kimselere garip geliyor ve bu sebeple imandan, istisna yapma\u011fa kalk\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar, amma meselenin \u00fczerinde bir par\u00e7ac\u0131k durulursa bunlar\u0131n haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hemen meydana \u00e7\u0131kar. Mesel\u00e2; tabiat ilmiyle me\u015fgul olanlar bir hacim oksijen ile iki hacim, hidrojenin (H2 O) birle\u015fmesinden su meydana geldi\u011fini bilirler.. Milyonlarca m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n son derece m\u00fcstesna bir itina ile kalbinde, dilinde, mushaf\u0131nda yer etmi\u015f ve nesilden nesile emanet edile edile bize kadar gelmi\u015f, bir harfi, hatt\u00e2 bir harekesi dahi de\u011fi\u015fmemi\u015ftir. O, Hz. Peygamber devrinde, O\u2019nun huzuru ris\u00e2letpenahiler\u00eende, O\u2019nun emriyle yaz\u0131larak Hz. Eb\u00fbbekir devrinde bir yere toplanm\u0131\u015f, Hz. Allah kel\u00e2m\u0131 olan Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de bir tek hurafe dahi yoktur. Hem \u00e2hiret, cennet, cehennem, cin ve melek gibi sem\u2019iyy\u00e2t hangi delile istinaden ink\u00e2r edilebilir.
