Hi\u00e7 merak ettiniz mi ni\u00e7in bu \u00e2yet her hutbenin sonunda okunur? Acaba halk bu \u00e2yetin ifade etti\u011fi manay\u0131 anl\u0131yor mu? Bu \u00e2yette hangi prensipler bildiriliyor? Bu sorular\u0131n cevab\u0131n\u0131 sizlere bu k\u0131sa yaz\u0131m\u0131zda a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n

Rasulullah (s.a.s.) Efendimiz bir g\u00fcn Nahl S\u00fbresi\u2019nin 90\u2019\u0131nc\u0131 \u00e2yetini, Mekke ileri gelenlerinden ve \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n ba\u015f d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131ndan Vel\u00eed b. Mu\u011f\u00eere\u2019<\/strong>ye okur. \u00c2yeti dikkatle dinleyen Vel\u00eed, \u201cEy karde\u015fimin o\u011flu! Onu bir daha okur musun?\u201d <\/strong>der. Rasulullah Efendimiz \u00e2yeti tekrar okur. Bunun \u00fczerine Vel\u00eed o kadar etkilenir ki, \u015fu s\u00f6zler gayri ihtiyari a\u011fz\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131verir: \u201cVallahi bu s\u00f6zlerin bir ba\u015fka tatl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 vard\u0131r. Do\u011frusu bunun \u00fczerinde \u00e7ekici bir g\u00fczellik mevcuttur. \u00dcst k\u0131sm\u0131 meyvelidir, alt k\u0131sm\u0131 \u00e7ok bereketlidir. Bu, be\u015fer s\u00f6z\u00fc de\u011fildir.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n her \u00e2yetinin olmasa da baz\u0131 \u00e2yetlerinin n\u00fczul\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6ncesi baz\u0131 olaylar olmu\u015ftur. Bu olaylar\u0131n akabinde \u00e2yetler inmi\u015ftir ki biz buna n\u00fczul sebebi<\/strong> diyoruz. \u0130\u015fte bu \u00e2yetle ilgili de \u015f\u00f6yle bir olay anlat\u0131l\u0131r:<\/p>\n

Allah Rasul\u00fc bir g\u00fcn Mekke\u2019deki evinin avlusunda otururken Osman b. Maz\u2019un<\/strong> ona u\u011fram\u0131\u015ft\u0131. M\u00fctebessim bir tav\u0131rla yakla\u015f\u0131nca Efendimiz: \u201cOturmaz m\u0131s\u0131n?\u201d demi\u015f, o da: \u201cOlur, oturay\u0131m\u201d deyip tam kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na ge\u00e7mi\u015fti. Hz. Peygamber onunla konu\u015furken birden g\u00f6zlerini g\u00f6\u011fe \u00e7evirmi\u015f, bir s\u00fcre g\u00f6\u011fe bakt\u0131ktan sonra g\u00f6zlerini yere do\u011fru indirmi\u015f ve sa\u011f taraf\u0131ndaki bir t\u00fcmse\u011fe kadar g\u00f6z\u00fcyle takip etmi\u015f, sonra da orada oturmakta olan Osman\u2019\u0131n yan\u0131ndan ayr\u0131larak o g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn tak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yere gitmi\u015f. Orada kendisine s\u00f6yleneni anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r gibi ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 sallam\u0131\u015f. Daha sonra ilk seferinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi tekrar g\u00f6zlerini g\u00f6\u011fe do\u011fru \u00e7evirip g\u00f6z\u00fcyle takip etti\u011fi kaybolana kadar g\u00f6z\u00fcyle takip etmi\u015f ve Osman ile birlikte oturduklar\u0131 yere tekrar d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f. Osman:<\/p>\n

– \u201cEy Muhammed, daha \u00f6nce de sana gelir gider, seninle otururdum, ama bug\u00fcn yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n hareketi daha \u00f6nce senden hi\u00e7 g\u00f6rmemi\u015ftim\u201d demi\u015f.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber:<\/p>\n

– \u201cBenim ne yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fcn m\u00fc?\u201d diye sormu\u015f.<\/p>\n

Osman:<\/p>\n

– \u201cEvet, \u00f6nce g\u00f6zlerini g\u00f6\u011fe diktin, sonra sa\u011f taraf\u0131nda bir yere indirdin, yan\u0131mdan ayr\u0131l\u0131p o g\u00f6zlerini indirdi\u011fin yere gittin. Orada sanki sana s\u00f6yleneni daha iyi duymak ve anlamak ister gibi ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 hareket ettirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131n\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber:<\/p>\n

– \u201cBiraz \u00f6nce sen burada otururken Allah\u2019\u0131n el\u00e7isi Cibril bana geldi\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Osman:<\/p>\n

– \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n el\u00e7isi mi?\u201d diye sordu.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber:<\/p>\n

– \u201cEvet\u201d buyurdu. \u201cSana ne dedi?\u201d diye sordu.<\/p>\n

Efendimiz:<\/p>\n

– \u201cBana: \u201cMuhakkak ki Allah, adaleti, iyili\u011fi, akrabaya yard\u0131m etmeyi emreder, \u00e7irkin i\u015fleri, fenal\u0131k ve azg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da yasaklar. O, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp tutas\u0131n\u0131z diye size \u00f6\u011f\u00fct veriyor\u201d<\/strong> \u00e2yetini indirdi buyurdular.<\/p>\n

Osman der ki: \u201c\u0130\u015fte o anda iman kalbimde yer etti ve Muhammed\u2019i sevdim.\u201d<\/p>\n

Osman b. Maz\u2019un anlatmaya \u015f\u00f6yle devam eder:<\/p>\n

– \u201cHemen Eb\u00fb Talib\u2019e gittim ve g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerimi haber verdim. Eb\u00fb Talib<\/strong> de \u00e7evresindekilere: \u201cEy Kurey\u015f toplulu\u011fu, karde\u015fimin o\u011fluna t\u00e2bi olun, do\u011fru yola ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f olursunuz. Muhammed, s\u00f6yledikleri s\u00f6zlerle size ancak mek\u00e2rim-i ahlak\u0131 (g\u00fczel ahlak\u0131) emrediyor.\u201d<\/strong> dedi. Allah\u2019\u0131n Rasul\u00fc, amcas\u0131ndan bu yumu\u015fakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnce iman edece\u011fini \u00fcmit ederek: \u201cEy amca, insanlara, bana uymalar\u0131n\u0131 emrediyor da kendin b\u0131rak\u0131yor musun? La ilahe illallah de ki, k\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fc senin lehine \u015fahadette bulunay\u0131m<\/strong>.\u201dEb\u00fb Talib ise, \u201cKurey\u015f kad\u0131nlar\u0131 beni k\u0131narlar, korkudan bunu s\u00f6yledi derler. E\u011fer b\u00f6yle demeyecek olsalard\u0131, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olup seni sevindirirdim\u201d <\/strong>demi\u015f, iman etmemekte diretmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte Hz. Peygamber\u2019in, \u00e7ok sevdi\u011fi, \u00f6nemli yard\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc amcas\u0131n\u0131n hidayeti i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131n\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00fczerine: \u201cElbette sen, sevdi\u011fini hidayete erdiremezsin; bilakis Allah diledi\u011fine hidayet verir ve hidayete girecek olanlar\u0131 en iyi O bilir\u201d<\/strong> \u00e2yet-i kerimesi nazil olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

\u0130man esaslar\u0131ndan sonra fert, aile ve toplumu fazilet temeli \u00fczerinde y\u00fckselten alt\u0131 prensip, bir bak\u0131ma \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n getirdi\u011fi hayat d\u00fczeninin temelini olu\u015fturur. Bu prensiplerin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fc emir, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fc de nehiydir.<\/strong> B\u00f6ylece Cenab-\u0131 Hak, g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kendi r\u0131zas\u0131 do\u011frultusunda ge\u00e7irmemizin en k\u0131sa ve sa\u011flam yolunu g\u00f6stermektedir. Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 bu \u00e2yette g\u00fczel ahlaktan say\u0131lan, d\u00fcnya nizam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan \u00fc\u00e7 esas\u0131 emretmekte; buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7irkin davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 da yasaklamaktad\u0131r. Biz \u00f6nce s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen bu prensipleri s\u0131ras\u0131yla zikredip k\u0131saca a\u00e7\u0131klamak istiyoruz:<\/p>\n

  1. Allah Adaleti Emreder<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Adalet, \u201cdo\u011fru hareket etmek, hakka ve hakikate g\u00f6re h\u00fck\u00fcm vermek, e\u015fit olmak, e\u015fit k\u0131lmak, her \u015feyi tam yerine koymak, her hususta \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc hareket etmek, hakk\u0131 yerine getirmek\u201d anlamlar\u0131na gelir<\/strong> ki, zulm\u00fcn yani haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r. Muhakkak ki Allah, adaleti emreder. Her \u015feyi yerli yerinde tutmay\u0131, yerli yerince kullanmay\u0131 emreder. Kendinizi Allah\u2019\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gaye istikametinde tutmay\u0131 ve e\u015fyay\u0131 da ayn\u0131 gaye istikametinde kullanmay\u0131 emreder. \u015e\u00fcphesiz adalet m\u00fclk\u00fcn temeli, toplum hayat\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcven ve huzuru, fert ve ailenin en sa\u011flam dayana\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

    \u0130bn Abbas bu \u00e2yetteki adaleti, Allah\u2019tan ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir ilah olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u015fahadet etmek; ihsan ise farzlar\u0131 yerine getirmektir\u201d \u015feklinde izah etmi\u015ftir.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \u0130bni At\u0131yye diyor ki: \u201cAdalet\u201d emanetleri yerine getirmek hususundaki inan\u00e7lar, h\u00fck\u00fcmler \u015feklindeki b\u00fct\u00fcn farzlar, zulm\u00fc terk etmek, insafl\u0131 olmak ve hakk\u0131 vermektir. \u201c\u0130hsan\u201d ise mendup olan (tavsiye edilen, \u00f6\u011f\u00fct olarak verilen) her \u015feyin yap\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Baz\u0131 \u015feyler vard\u0131r ki, tamamen menduptur. Baz\u0131 \u015feyler ise farzd\u0131r. Ancak bunlardan yeteri kadar\u0131n\u0131 yapmak adalet mefhumu i\u00e7ine girer. Yeterli olandan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 yap\u0131p kemale erdirmek ihsan mefhumu i\u00e7ine girer.<\/p>\n

    \u0130bn Arab\u00ee adaleti \u00fc\u00e7 k\u0131sma ay\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/p>\n

    1. a) Allah\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 adil olmak,<\/li>\n
    2. b) Kendi nefsimize kar\u015f\u0131 adil olmak,<\/li>\n
    3. c) \u0130nsanlara kar\u015f\u0131 adil olmak.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Kulun, Kendisiyle Di\u011fer \u0130nsanlar Aras\u0131ndaki Adalet:<\/strong> \u0130nsan\u0131n fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k yapmas\u0131, hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde h\u0131yanet yapmamas\u0131 her \u015fekilde insanlara insafla davranmas\u0131, senden hi\u00e7bir kimseye s\u00f6z ve davran\u0131\u015fla, gizli a\u00e7\u0131k hi\u00e7bir k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck dokunmamas\u0131, insanlardan gelecek belalara kar\u015f\u0131 sab\u0131rl\u0131 olunmas\u0131. Bunun en alt s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 insafl\u0131 davran\u0131lmas\u0131 ve kimsenin rahats\u0131z edilmemesidir.<\/p>\n

      Bir \u00fclkenin ve toplumun d\u00fczeni adaletle m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u0130slam medeniyeti hakka ve adalete dayan\u0131r, yani hakl\u0131 olan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr. Haks\u0131z olan ki\u015fi o \u00fclkenin ve toplumun en soylu, zengin ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcs\u00fc bile olsa mutlaka sorgulan\u0131r ve gerekiyorsa cezaland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n

      Adaletin yerine getirildi\u011fi ve hakkaniyetle uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumlarda huzur ve mutluluk vard\u0131r. Adaletin h\u00e2kim oldu\u011fu toplumlar ve devletler varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok uzun s\u00fcre devam ettirirler. Peygamber Efendimiz bir hadis-i \u015ferifinde, k\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fc Allah\u2019\u0131n g\u00f6lgesinde g\u00f6lgelenmeyi hak eden yedi s\u0131n\u0131f insan\u0131 anlat\u0131rken, ilk s\u0131rada \u201cadil y\u00f6netici\u201dyi zikretmi\u015ftir.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Allah \u0130hsan\u0131 Emreder<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        \u0130hsan;<\/strong> g\u00fczellik, iyilik anlam\u0131na gelen h\u00fcsn k\u00f6t\u00fcnden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fczel i\u015f yapmak ihsan oldu\u011fu gibi ba\u015fkas\u0131na iyilikte bulunmak da ihsand\u0131r. Bu kelime iyi, c\u00f6mert, ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc, affeden, merhametli, nazik olma, bencil olmama vb anlamlar\u0131na da gelir.<\/p>\n

        Taber\u00ee diyor ki: \u201cBu \u00e2yette ge\u00e7en \u2018iyilikten maksat, Allah\u2019\u0131n emrettiklerini yapmakta, yasaklad\u0131klar\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131nmakta sab\u0131rl\u0131 olmak, s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 zamanlarda da geni\u015f zamanlarda da, sevilen hususlarda da sevilmeyen hususlarda da Allah\u2019a itaat etmek ve buna gayret g\u00f6stermektir. Bu sebepledir ki buradaki \u201ciyilikte bulunmak\u201d ifadesi \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n farzlar\u0131n\u0131 eda etmek\u201d \u015feklinde izah edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

        \u0130hsan, Rasulullah\u2019\u0131n tabiriyle, Allah g\u00f6r\u00fcr gibi ibadet etmek, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck yapana iyilikle kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k vermek, iyilik yapana daha \u00e7ok iyilikte bulunmakt\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \u0130hsan, ger\u00e7ekten \u00e7ok geni\u015f anlaml\u0131 bir kavramd\u0131r. Her salih amel\/g\u00fczel i\u015f ihsand\u0131r. \u0130hsan\u0131 emretmek her i\u015fi ve her davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 kapsar. B\u00f6ylece ihsan\u0131n hayat denizinin t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u0130nsan\u0131n Rabbiyle olan ili\u015fkilerini, ailesi ile olan ili\u015fkilerini, toplumu ile olan ili\u015fkilerini ve b\u00fct\u00fcn bir insanl\u0131kla olan ili\u015fkilerini i\u00e7ine al\u0131r. \u0130hsan, ki\u015finin, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131na ger\u00e7ek iman\u0131 katarak Allah\u2019\u0131n kendisi ile beraber oldu\u011funu hissedip Allah\u2019\u0131n r\u0131zas\u0131na uygun davranmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

        \u0130hsan ile adalet aras\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle bir ili\u015fki kurabiliriz: Adalet sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve dengeli bir toplumun temeli ise, ihsan da onun m\u00fckemmele eri\u015fmesidir. Bir taraftan adalet, toplumun haklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnenmekten ve zul\u00fcmden korurken, di\u011fer taraftan ihsan, toplumu huzurlu, ya\u015famaya de\u011fer bir h\u00e2le sokar. E\u011fer bir toplumda birey kendi isteklerini yerine getirmekte inat ederse, o toplumun geli\u015femeyece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r, en iyi ihtimalle bu toplum \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmadan uzak olabilir; fakat b\u00f6yle bir toplumda, sevgi, \u015f\u00fckran, c\u00f6mertlik, fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k, samimiyet, sempati gibi ya\u015fama zevkini geli\u015ftiren ve y\u00fcce de\u011ferlerin olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan insan\u00ee nitelikler olu\u015famaz.<\/p>\n

        1. Allah, Akrabaya Yard\u0131m Etmeyi Emreder<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \u00c2yetteki \u201cakraba\u201d<\/strong> kavram\u0131n\u0131n, genelde kan ba\u011f\u0131 ile birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131, evlilik ba\u011flar\u0131 ile te\u015fekk\u00fcl eden yak\u0131nl\u0131k, ayn\u0131 ana-babadan gelmenin verdi\u011fi ba\u011flar\u0131 ifade etti\u011fi s\u00f6ylenmektedir. \u00c2yette emredilen \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc nokta ihsan\u2019\u0131n \u00f6zel bir uygulamas\u0131 olan s\u0131la-\u0131 rahim(yak\u0131n akrabalara)\u2019e iyilik etmektir. Bu, ki\u015finin akrabalar\u0131na sadece iyi davranmas\u0131, onlar\u0131n ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ve mutluluklar\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015fmas\u0131 ve onlara kanuni s\u0131n\u0131rlar i\u00e7inde yard\u0131m etmesi anlam\u0131na gelmez. Ayn\u0131 zamanda ki\u015fi servetini de imk\u00e2nlar\u0131 d\u00e2hilinde ve akrabalar\u0131n\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re onlarla payla\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r. Burada, gerekli imk\u00e2nlara sahip herkesin, kendi ailesinin haklar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra akrabalar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131n\u0131n da ger\u00e7ek ve kanuni oldu\u011funu kabul etmesi gerekti\u011fi emredilmektedir. \u0130l\u00e2h\u00ee kanun ailede zengin olan her bireyi, fakir akrabalar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamakla sorumlu tutar.<\/p>\n

          \u0130slam, akrabalar\u0131 a\u00e7l\u0131ktan k\u0131vran\u0131rken zevk ve sefahat i\u00e7inde ya\u015famay\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fcnah olarak tan\u0131mlar. \u0130slam, aileyi toplumun \u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131ndan biri olarak kabul etti\u011fi i\u00e7in, fakir bireylerin hakk\u0131 ilk \u00f6nce ailedeki zenginler, daha sonra da di\u011fer zenginler \u00fczerindedir. Hz. Peygamber bu noktay\u0131 bir\u00e7ok hadiste vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: Bir kimsenin, akrabal\u0131kta yak\u0131nl\u0131k s\u0131ras\u0131na g\u00f6re ebeveynine, kar\u0131s\u0131na, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na, k\u0131z ve erkek karde\u015flerine ve di\u011fer akrabalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6revleri vard\u0131r. Bu ana ilkeye dayanan Hz. \u00d6mer, hilafeti d\u00f6neminde bir yetime birinci dereceden kuzeninin kefil olmas\u0131n\u0131 emretmi\u015ftir. Bir ba\u015fka yetim konusunda da birinci dereceden kuzeni olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in uzak akrabalar\u0131n\u0131 yetime bakmakla g\u00f6revlendirmi\u015ftir. Her b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn kendi i\u00e7indeki fakir bireyleri destekledi\u011fi bir toplum d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn! Elbette b\u00f6yle bir toplum hem ekonomik hem sosyal hem de ahlak\u00ee y\u00f6nden y\u00fcce ve saf bir toplum olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

          \u201cAkrabaya yard\u0131mda bulunmak ihsan\u201ddand\u0131r. Burada \u00f6zellikle akraba yard\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131, onun \u00f6nemini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmakta ve peki\u015ftirmektedir. Zira akrabalar\u0131m\u0131z bizim huzur kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, teselli dayanaklar\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. Onlar\u0131 memnun etmek, \u015f\u00fcphesiz rahmet kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7ar; onlardan ilgimizi kesmemiz rahmetin bizden kesilmesine sebep olur. O bak\u0131mdan akrabalara iyilik hem il\u00e2h\u00ee rahmeti artt\u0131r\u0131r, hem r\u0131zka bereket verir hem de \u00f6mr\u00fcn uzun olmas\u0131na vesile olur. Bu yard\u0131mla\u015fma aile tutkusundan kaynaklanan bir yard\u0131mla\u015fma de\u011fildir. Bu \u0130slami \u00e7er\u00e7evede, yak\u0131ndan uza\u011fa do\u011fru yay\u0131lan dayan\u0131\u015fma ilkesinin bir gere\u011fidir.<\/p>\n

          Yukar\u0131da de\u011finilen \u00fc\u00e7 iyi \u00f6zelli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k Allah, hem bireyi hem de toplumu bozan \u00fc\u00e7 k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yasaklamaktad\u0131r. Bunlar:<\/p>\n

            \u00c2yet-i kerimede ge\u00e7en \u201cfah\u015f\u00e2\u201d <\/strong>kelimesi, ayn\u0131 k\u00f6kten gelen \u201cfuhu\u015f\u201d kelimesiyle e\u015f anlaml\u0131 olup her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00e7irkin s\u00f6z ve fiiller i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Daha genel bir ifadeyle fah\u015f\u00e2, ba\u015fta zina olmak \u00fczere edep, hay\u00e2 ve iffete ayk\u0131r\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc s\u00f6z ve davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 ifade eder. S\u00f6z ve davran\u0131\u015flardan y\u00fcz k\u0131zart\u0131c\u0131 ve \u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fc olanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in de bu kelime kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Fah\u015f\u00e2n\u0131n fuhu\u015f anlam\u0131 da vard\u0131r ki, genellikle bu anlamda kullan\u0131l\u0131r ve \u0131rza tecav\u00fcz anlam\u0131na gelir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bir i\u015ftir. Sald\u0131r\u0131 ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 gitmeyi b\u00fcnyesinde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece fah\u015f\u00e2 kelimesini \u00fczerinde yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r ve fah\u015f\u00e2 denildi\u011finde, \u00f6zellikle bu fuhu\u015f anlam\u0131 kastedilir. Toplumu kemiren, \u00fclkeyi temelinden sarsan iki b\u00fcy\u00fck fel\u00e2ket vard\u0131r: \u0130lki icraat ve yarg\u0131da adaletsizlik; ikincisi fazilet duygusunu \u00f6ld\u00fcren, edep ve terbiyeyi dumura u\u011fratan hay\u00e2s\u0131zl\u0131k. Bu iki fel\u00e2ket bir \u00fclkede yayg\u0131nla\u015f\u0131p \u00f6n\u00fc al\u0131nmaz bir h\u00e2l al\u0131nca, o \u00fclkenin y\u0131k\u0131lman\u0131n e\u015fi\u011fine geldi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek bir kehanet olmasa gerektir.<\/p>\n

M\u00fcnker, genelde insanlar aras\u0131nda k\u00f6t\u00fc kabul edilen ve t\u00fcm il\u00e2h\u00ee \u015feriatlar taraf\u0131ndan yasaklanan her \u015fey demektir. Zira \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131 f\u0131trat\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131d\u0131r. Bazen f\u0131trat sapabilir, fakat \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi kal\u0131r, de\u011fi\u015fmez. F\u0131trat\u0131n bozulmadan \u00f6nceki as\u0131l h\u00e2lini g\u00f6sterir.                 \u201cBa\u011fy\u201d<\/strong> kelimesi, \u201cazg\u0131nl\u0131k, ta\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131k, haddi a\u015fmak\u201d manas\u0131na gelmektedir. Bu kavram ayn\u0131 zamanda zulm\u00fc, hakk\u0131 ve adaleti \u00e7i\u011fnemeyi ifade eder. Rezalet, \u00e7irkinlik, i\u011fren\u00e7lik, azg\u0131nl\u0131k ve isyan (fah\u015fa-m\u00fcnker-ba\u011fy) temeline dayal\u0131 bir toplumu ayakta tutmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Rezaletin b\u00fct\u00fcn boyutlar\u0131yla, i\u011fren\u00e7li\u011fin b\u00fct\u00fcn aldat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ve azg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn sonu\u00e7lar\u0131yla yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir toplum uzun s\u00fcre ayakta kalamaz.<\/p>\n

                Zul\u00fcm ve haks\u0131zl\u0131k, adaletin kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r. O bak\u0131mdan her i\u015fi ehil ve l\u00e2y\u0131k olana vermek ve her \u015feyi gerekti\u011fi yere koymak adalettir. Bunun aksi bir uygulama zul\u00fcmd\u00fcr. Onun i\u00e7in \u0130bn Mes\u2019ud (r) \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015ftir:<\/p>\n

                \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131nda en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e2yet, \u00c2yete’l-K\u00fcrs\u00ee\u2019dir. Allah\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131nda hay\u0131r ve \u015ferri en \u00e7ok toplay\u0131p \u00f6zetleyen, Nahl S\u00fbresi\u2019nin 90. \u00e2yetidir. Allah\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131nda tedbirden sonra i\u015fleri Allah\u2019a b\u0131rak\u0131p ona g\u00fcvenerek dayanmay\u0131 en \u00e7ok yans\u0131tan ise: \u201cAllah kendisinden korkup k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerden sak\u0131nan kimseye kurtulu\u015f yolu sa\u011flar ve ona beklemedi\u011fi yerden r\u0131z\u0131k verir\u201d mealindeki Tal\u00e2k S\u00fbresi\u2019nin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00e2yetidir. Yine Allah\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131nda en \u00e7ok \u00fcmit veren, \u201cEy Muhammed! De ki: Ey kendilerine k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck edip a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 giden kullar\u0131m! Allah\u2019\u0131n rahmetinden umudunuzu kesmeyin\u201d mealindeki Z\u00fcmer S\u00fbresi\u2019nin 53. \u00e2yetidir.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

                Evet, i\u015fte Allah\u2019a ihsan\u0131, Allah\u2019\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyormu\u015f\u00e7as\u0131na ona kullu\u011fu, s\u00fcrekli onun kontrol\u00fc alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funuzu unutmadan bir hayat ya\u015faman\u0131z\u0131 emreder. Ana babalar\u0131n\u0131za kar\u015f\u0131, \u00e7oluk \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131za kar\u015f\u0131, akraba ve t\u00fcm insanlara kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fcnasebetlerinizi kendi istedi\u011fi gibi ayarlaman\u0131z\u0131 emreder. Yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131za, akrabalar\u0131n\u0131za kar\u015f\u0131 sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131zdan vermenizi emreder. C\u00f6mert olman\u0131z\u0131, payla\u015fmadan yana olman\u0131z\u0131 ister.<\/p>\n

                Allah fah\u015fadan, m\u00fcnkerden ve azg\u0131nl\u0131ktan, haddi a\u015fmaktan, Allah\u2019\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 tecav\u00fczden, Allah\u2019\u0131n yasalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fneyip kendi heva ve hevesleriniz istikametinde bir hayat ya\u015famaktan da nehy eder. T\u00fcm k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerden, hay\u00e2s\u0131zl\u0131klardan, ahlaks\u0131zl\u0131klardan ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131l\u0131klardan sizi men eder. Umulur ki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp \u00f6\u011f\u00fct al\u0131r, Allah\u2019\u0131n bu uyar\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 haf\u0131zalar\u0131n\u0131zda canl\u0131 tutup hayat\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 bunlarla d\u00fczenlersiniz, Allah i\u00e7in bir hayat ya\u015fars\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n

                \u00c2yetlerden \u00c7\u0131kar\u0131lan \u0130lkeler:<\/p>\n

                1- Kur\u2019an \u201cadalet\u201d ilkesini getirmi\u015ftir. Bu ilke, her birey, her toplum ve her millet i\u00e7in insanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkilerin dayanaca\u011f\u0131, de\u011fi\u015fmez ve sa\u011flam temel bir ilkedir.<\/p>\n

                2- \u0130yi ve g\u00fczel davranmak insanlar aras\u0131nda huzur ve g\u00fcven ortam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan bir davran\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece toplumun d\u00fczeni de sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olur.<\/p>\n

                3- Yak\u0131n akrabaya ve muhta\u00e7lara yard\u0131m etmek, Allah\u2019\u0131n m\u00fcminlere bir emridir. Bu emir yerine getirilince insan hem Rabbinin r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 kazan\u0131r hem de insanlar\u0131n sevgisini kazan\u0131r.<\/p>\n
