Zira bazen eldeki imkans\u0131zl\u0131klar k\u0131s\u0131tlay\u0131c\u0131 rol oynam\u0131\u015f olabilir. \nOtokriti\u011fin kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131 denince konuyu kurumsal bir y\u00f6netim baz\u0131nda ele alan bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f de \u015fu \u015fekildedir:
\n1) Alternatif bir y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 olarak Amerikan kurumsal sistemi incelenip, g\u00fczel bi\u00e7imde kurulup i\u015fletilebilir. Kurumsal sistemin \u00f6z\u00fc asl\u0131nda \u201ccumhurun y\u00f6netimi\u201d olmas\u0131 hasebiyle bir y\u00f6netim kurulu, onlar\u0131n vazifelendirdi\u011fi y\u00f6neticiler ve denetim birimi \u015feklinde tarif edilip isti\u015farenin kurumsal hale getirilmesi sa\u011flanmal\u0131.
\n2) Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denet\u00e7ilerin kurumsal denetlemeleri y\u00f6netim kurulu ad\u0131na yapabildi\u011fi ayr\u0131 bir denetim ekibi temin edilmeli.

\n6) Hitap edilen toplumun fertleriyle sosyalle\u015fme, onlar\u0131n istek, ihtiya\u00e7 ve problemlerini giderme ad\u0131na g\u00f6revlendirmeler yap\u0131l\u0131p, kurumsal sistem mant\u0131\u011f\u0131yla hedef verme, icra ve kontrol etme ad\u0131na sistemler geli\u015ftirilmeli.

\nBir di\u011fer bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 da kurumlar\u0131n Hizmet\u2019i temsil etmesi gibi bir \u00f6nerme yerine ba\u015fka insanlar\u0131n da ortak payda sayabilece\u011fi ilke, prensip ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131 \u00fczerine olu\u015fturulmu\u015f kurumlara yo\u011funla\u015fmas\u0131 \u015feklinde.
\n\u00d6te yandan \u015fah\u0131slardan m\u00fcte\u015fekkil bir yap\u0131n\u0131n en temel prensibi \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n geli\u015fimine azami \u00f6nem vermek olaca\u011f\u0131ndan bireylerin Hizmet ile k\u0131ymet kazanmak yerine kendi zenginlikleriyle Hizmet\u2019i k\u0131ymetlendirmeyi esas almalar\u0131 belirleyici olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ger\u00e7i her \u015feyin zek\u00e2t\u0131 kendi cinsindendir fehvas\u0131nca Hizmet\u2019te yer alan bireylerden beklenen hep ellerindeki imk\u00e2n ve nimetler \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde Hizmet\u2019e katk\u0131da bulunmak olmu\u015ftur. Fakat burada belki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesi gereken bir \u015fey de bir d\u00f6nemde Hizmet\u2019e dahil olan bir\u00e7ok insanda \u00e7e\u015fit \u00e7e\u015fit menfaat beklentileri olabilece\u011fi ve bu esnada vazife verme noktas\u0131nda h\u00fcsn-\u00fc zann, adem-i itimat d\u00fcsturu i\u015fletilmedi\u011fi takdirde vazife verilen baz\u0131 ki\u015filerin Hizmet Hareketi\u2019nin temel ahlak\u00ee de\u011ferlerinden uzak hareket etme potansiyelleri ve bunun Hizmet\u2019e zarar verme tehlikesidir.
\nSon olarak yer verece\u011fimiz bir husus da yukar\u0131da teklif edilen sistem \u00f6nerilerini tamamlar nitelikte, kurulan her d\u00fczenin veya sistemin zaman i\u00e7inde g\u00fcncellenmeye ihtiya\u00e7 duymas\u0131 ile alakal\u0131. Elektronik sistemlerin yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131nda geli\u015fim, de\u011fi\u015fim ve ihtiya\u00e7lara ayak uydurmak i\u00e7in konunun uzmanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan g\u00fcncellemeler yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi Hizmet Hareketi\u2019nin bir t\u0131kanma ve p\u00f6rs\u00fcmeye maruz kalmamas\u0131, geli\u015fip ilerlemesi i\u00e7in de m\u00fcntesiplerinden ve faaliyet alanlar\u0131ndan g\u00f6zlem ve somut verilere dayal\u0131 geri bildirimlere ihtiya\u00e7 olacakt\u0131r.
