\n\nFethullah G\u00fclen Hocaefendi\u2019nin do\u011fup b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Korucuk K\u00f6y\u00fc\u2019nde 1940\u2019lara kadar okul yoktu.  Zaten halk \u00e7ocu\u011funu okula g\u00f6ndermekten korkuyordu. Dini e\u011fitimin yasaklanmas\u0131, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin inanca ayk\u0131r\u0131 tav\u0131r ve s\u00f6ylemleri halkta devletin okullar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bir korku olu\u015fturmu\u015ftu. Devletin e\u011fitim sistemi milletin inan\u00e7 hayat\u0131na uymuyordu. \u0130nsanlar, evlatlar\u0131n\u0131n dini inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmelerinden endi\u015fe ediyordu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O g\u00fcn Kur\u2019an yasakt\u0131, ezan yasakt\u0131 ama; b\u00fct\u00fcn yasaklara ra\u011fmen sa\u011flam bir nesil yeti\u015fiyordu. Bug\u00fcn ise \u2018dindar bir nesil yeti\u015ftirmek\u2019 istediklerini ifade edenler, tam aksine dinden kopuk bir neslin do\u011fmas\u0131na neden oldular. Siyasal \u0130slam ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda, d\u00fcnyaperestlik, \u015fakilik, serke\u015flik, \u015fehvan\u00ee arzular, servet ve \u015f\u00f6hret meyli sunuluyor. Bug\u00fcn \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n m\u00e2ruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tehlike \u00e7ok daha \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr. Fakat, toplum, benli\u011fini kemiren, mana k\u00f6k\u00fcn\u00fc darbeleyen, ruh\u00ee dinamiklerini yok eden hadiseleri pek sezemiyor. Cemiyetin basiret g\u00f6z\u00fc tamamen k\u00f6rle\u015fmi\u015f. \u0130\u00e7i bo\u015f bir muhafazakarl\u0131k tiplemesi ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f ve pek \u00e7ok ki\u015fi s\u00fcr\u00fc psikolojisi ile g\u00f6stermelik olarak dine yak\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fckmekte. \u00dclkede insanlar\u0131n \u0130slam’dan uzakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, deizm ve ateizme y\u00f6neldi\u011fi bir ger\u00e7ek. \u0130\u015fte bug\u00fcn ve Hocaefendi\u2019nin \u00e7ocukluk y\u0131llar\u0131 olan 1940\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u2026<\/strong>
Korucuk K\u00f6y\u00fc\u2019nde 1944\u2019ten itibaren caminin biti\u015fi\u011findeki medreseyi s\u0131n\u0131f olarak kullanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar. G\u00fcnd\u00fczleri \u00e7ocuklara, geceleri de ya\u015fl\u0131 erkek ve kad\u0131nlara orada okuma-yazma \u00f6\u011fretiyorlard\u0131. \u2018O ya\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131 insanlar\u0131n durumunu pencereden seyreder g\u00fclerdim.\u2019 diyor Hocaefendi hat\u0131ralar\u0131nda. Olgun insanlar\u0131n o halleri kendisine \u00e7ok tuhaf geliyordu. N\u00fcfus kayd\u0131na g\u00f6re (1942) ya\u015f\u0131 tutmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ilk sene Hocaefendi\u2019yi okula almad\u0131lar. 1946 y\u0131l\u0131nda okula ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ya\u015f\u0131 yine tutmuyordu; fakat o yine de devam etti. \u00dc\u00e7 y\u0131l bu okula gitti. \u00d6\u011frenciler, zor \u015fartlarda e\u011fitime ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131 ama; okul \u00fcniformas\u0131 olan \u00f6nl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc giyemiyorlard\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc k\u00f6yl\u00fc fakirdi. Ailelerin okuldaki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na \u00f6nl\u00fck alacak durumlar\u0131 yoktu. 
Bu arada Hocaefendi\u2019nin ilkokula ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 1946 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> \u00fclkede \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fme ya\u015fan\u0131yordu. Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi\u2019nden ayr\u0131lan Celal Bayar, Adnan Menderes, Tevfik Koraltan ve Fuat K\u00f6pr\u00fcl\u00fc 7 Ocak 1946\u2019da Demokrat Parti\u2019yi kurdular. Seksen d\u00f6rt maddelik program\u0131n\u0131n esas\u0131n\u0131 liberalizm ve demokrasi olu\u015fturuyordu. Demokrat Parti 27 May\u0131s 1960 \u0130htilali\u2019ne kadar varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 devam ettirecekti.
\u0130lkokul Y\u0131llar\u0131ndan Bir Hat\u0131ra\u2026<\/strong>
Hocaefendi, hat\u0131ralar\u0131nda Belma<\/strong> ismindeki ilkokul \u00f6\u011fretmeninden bahseder: \u201cOkulda bir de Belma \u00d6\u011fretmen vard\u0131. Bana \u00e7ok iltifat ederdi. Bazan s\u0131n\u0131fta, bana bakar ve “Bir g\u00fcn Galata K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fcnde gen\u00e7 bir te\u011fmen dola\u015facak ve ben onu \u015fimdiden seyrediyorum” derdi. Kendisi \u0130stanbulluydu. O’nunla ilgili unutamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m bir hat\u0131ram vard\u0131r. Bir g\u00fcn her nas\u0131lsa s\u0131n\u0131fta g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc edenler aras\u0131na ben de kar\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Di\u011ferlerini d\u00f6vd\u00fc. S\u0131ra bana gelince kula\u011f\u0131mdan tuttu ve sadece “Sen de mi?” dedi. Bu bir \u00e7ift s\u00f6z bana yetmi\u015fti.\u201d 
Okuldaki \u00f6\u011fretmenlerden birisi a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 din d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131yd\u0131. Hocaefendi\u2019nin teneff\u00fcslerde dahi namaz k\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hazmedemiyordu. Ancak o, yine de bir s\u0131ran\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor ve namazlar\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131yordu. Hocaefendi\u2019nin ad\u0131n\u0131 molla koymu\u015ftu bu \u00f6\u011fretmen. B\u00fct\u00fcn sebep de onun namaz k\u0131lmas\u0131yd\u0131. Fakat, \u00f6\u011fretmenin b\u00fct\u00fcn bask\u0131lar\u0131 ve dalga ge\u00e7meleri de onun namaz k\u0131lmas\u0131na engel olamad\u0131. 
Namaz Hassasiyeti<\/strong>
Hocaefendi, 8-9 ya\u015flar\u0131nda ilkokula devam ederken bir taraftan da ailesine b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015flerde yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyordu. Etraf\u0131 toplama, s\u00fcp\u00fcrme, yemek yapma, bula\u015f\u0131k y\u0131kama ve davarlar\u0131 g\u00fctmeye kadar her i\u015fe ko\u015fuyordu. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu ko\u015fu\u015fturma i\u00e7erisinde yine de okumay\u0131 ihmal etmiyordu. Yorgunlu\u011funa ra\u011fmen gecelerini de\u011ferlendirmek istiyordu. Yine, \u00e7ok yorgun oldu\u011fu bir g\u00fcn yats\u0131 namaz\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131lmadan uzanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Biraz dinlendikten sonra kalk\u0131p namaz\u0131n\u0131 eda edecekti. Evlad\u0131n\u0131n her halini dikkatle takip eden Refia Han\u0131m, onun namaz k\u0131lmadan yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 fark etmi\u015fti. Bu durumdan \u00e7ok rahats\u0131z oldu ve kendisine seslenip: \u201cNamaz\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131l \u00f6yle yat, ben de yorgunum seni kald\u0131ramam belki\u201d dedi. Hocaefendi, o ana kadar da namaz\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131lmadan asla yatmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Yorgunluk ve annesinin merhametine dayanarak; \u201cAna \u00e7ok yorgunum, kalkar k\u0131lar\u0131m.\u201d diye cevap verdi. Refia Han\u0131m \u00e7ok \u00fcz\u00fcld\u00fc.  B\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcn o da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f \u00e7abalam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Olduk\u00e7a bitkindi. Ama, onlar i\u00e7in bir vakit namaz\u0131 ge\u00e7irmek ba\u015flar\u0131na d\u00fcnyan\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 demekti. ‘E\u011fer namaz k\u0131lmadan yatarsan sabah kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131mda senin cenazeni g\u00f6reyim’ dedi ve o\u011flunun gece uyanamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp endi\u015felenerek o y\u00fczden ellerini kald\u0131r\u0131p dua etti. Hocaefendi, bu s\u00f6zler \u00fczerine kalk\u0131p namaz\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131lacak ve \u2018namaz kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki bu ciddi tavr\u0131\u2019 \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca unutamayacakt\u0131.  
Hocaefendi\u2019nin 9 ya\u015f\u0131nda oldu\u011fu 1947\u2019de Amerika, kom\u00fcnizm tehlikesine kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fcnyan\u0131n jandarmal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcstleniyordu. 12 Mart 1947\u2019de Truman Doktrini ile Amerika, \u00f6zellikle T\u00fcrkiye ve Yunanistan\u2019\u0131 kom\u00fcnizme kar\u015f\u0131 korumaya y\u00f6neldi. Nitekim Yunan i\u00e7 sava\u015f\u0131nda kom\u00fcnistler ma\u011flubiyete u\u011frad\u0131. Bu doktrinle T\u00fcrkiye, Sovyetler\u2019e kar\u015f\u0131 kendisini g\u00fcvende hissetti. T\u00fcrkiye Bat\u0131 blo\u011fu ile yak\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131 ve NATO\u2019ya girme s\u00fcrecine girdi. Marshall Plan\u0131 da bu doktrinin bir neticesiydi. Yine bu d\u00f6nemde, Hindistan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015ftu (1947). 
1948\u2019den sonra Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019a yap\u0131lan zul\u00fcm ve bask\u0131lar\u0131n \u015fiddeti artt\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir isyan hadisesi vuku bulmu\u015f gibi Vali ve Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc s\u00fcrekli Emirda\u011f \u00fczerine hiddetle gidip gelirken, di\u011fer taraftan be\u015f u\u00e7ak da Emirda\u011f \u00fczerinde u\u00e7u\u015flar yaparak, halk\u0131 ve Nur talebelerini korkutup sindirmek istiyordu. 23 Ocak 1948\u2019de Bedi\u00fczzaman ve \u00e7evre illerden tutuklanan pek \u00e7ok talebesi Afyon Cezaevine konuldu.Afyon hapishanesinin \u015fartlar\u0131 daha da a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131. Hapishanenin en \u00fcst kat\u0131ndaki yetmi\u015f ki\u015fi kapasiteli ve \u00e7o\u011fu k\u0131r\u0131k olan yirmi d\u00f6rt pencereli bir ko\u011fu\u015fa Bedi\u00fczzaman tek ba\u015f\u0131na konuldu. Eksi yirmilere kadar d\u00fc\u015fen dondurucu k\u0131\u015f so\u011fu\u011funda, kendisine soba dahi verilmedi. O, bu tahamm\u00fcls\u00fcz \u0131zd\u0131raplara, \u00e7ilelere sabrediyor ve talebelerine de bir \u015fekilde ula\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 teselli mektuplar\u0131 ile onlar\u0131 da sabretmeye davet ediyordu. 
Yine bu devrenin \u00f6nemli geli\u015fmelerden birisi de Gandi\u2019nin, 30 Ocak 1948 ak\u015fam\u0131 suikaste u\u011framas\u0131yd\u0131. Son nefesinde “ALLAH!” demi\u015fti. Mohandas Gandi, yaln\u0131z Hindistan’\u0131n bir de\u011feri de\u011fildi, b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnya insanlar\u0131n\u0131nd\u0131. Arkas\u0131nda kalan hi\u00e7bir mal\u0131 yoktu, yaln\u0131z eskimi\u015f bir \u00e7ift takunya ve g\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden ba\u015fka… 
D\u00f6nemin \u00e7ok \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir hadisesi de \u0130srail Devleti\u2019nin kurulmas\u0131yd\u0131. (14 May\u0131s 1948) \u0130ngilizler, b\u00f6lgede kurulacak bir Yahudi devletinin Araplar\u0131 fazlas\u0131yla k\u0131zd\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bile bile Filistin\u2019de \u0130srail\u2019in kurulmas\u0131na izin verdi. \u0130srail Devleti\u2019nin kurulu\u015funun ilan edilmesinden sonra Arap Birli\u011fi \u0130srail’e sava\u015f a\u00e7t\u0131. M\u0131s\u0131r, \u00dcrd\u00fcn, Suriye ve Irak kuvvetleri \u00fc\u00e7 y\u00f6nden sald\u0131r\u0131ya ge\u00e7erek \u00f6nemli ilerlemeler kaydettiler. Ancak sava\u015f sonradan Araplar\u2019\u0131n aleyhine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Ve \u0130srail sava\u015f sonunda 1947’de elde etti\u011fi %56\u2019l\u0131k Filistin topra\u011f\u0131n\u0131 %78\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. 
Alvar K\u00f6y\u00fc\u2019ne G\u00f6\u00e7 (1949)<\/strong>
Ortado\u011fu\u2019da dengelerin de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi ve Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n, 1949\u2019da Afyon\u2019da keyfi bir muameleyle hapiste tutuldu\u011fu bu devrede Hocaefendi ilkokul \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131ftayd\u0131 ve ailesi Korucuk\u2019tan Alvar K\u00f6y\u00fc\u2019ne g\u00f6\u00e7 etmek \u00fczereydi.Ramiz Hoca 1949 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar kendi k\u00f6y\u00fc Korucuk\u2019ta imaml\u0131k yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Son d\u00f6nemlerinde k\u00f6y halk\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u2018imaml\u0131k\u2019 konusunda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ba\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Baz\u0131 ki\u015filer Ramiz Hoca yerine ba\u015fka imam tutulmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyor, baz\u0131lar\u0131 da Ramiz Hoca\u2019n\u0131n devam etmesini arzu ediyordu. S\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc yine Alvarl\u0131 Efe Hazretleri\u2019nden geldi. Ramiz Hoca\u2019ya, y\u0131llarca imaml\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Alvar\u2019da vazife yapmas\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye etti. Alvarl\u0131lar buna zaten raz\u0131yd\u0131. Ramiz Hoca, Efe\u2019nin s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc tuttu ve Korucuk\u2019tan ayr\u0131l\u0131p Alvar K\u00f6y\u00fc\u2019nde imaml\u0131k yapmay\u0131 kafas\u0131na koydu. Bu mevzu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda mevsim k\u0131\u015ft\u0131, ta\u015f\u0131nmak i\u00e7in bahar\u0131 beklediler. Ayr\u0131lmak, gidenler i\u00e7in de geride kalanlar i\u00e7in de \u00e7ok zordu. Ailelerin hep bir arada ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 o y\u0131llarda evden bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm gibi a\u011f\u0131r gelmi\u015fti onlara.Neticede 1949 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7ok zor da olsa Korucuk\u2019tan ayr\u0131ld\u0131lar. Alvar\u2019da caminin hemen kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki imam evine yerle\u015ftiler. \u0130ki odadan ibaret k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir evdi buras\u0131. Zaten fazla e\u015fyalar\u0131 da yoktu. Fethullah G\u00fclen Hocaefendi, babas\u0131n\u0131n Alvar K\u00f6y\u00fc’ne imam olmas\u0131 ve ailesinin oraya ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 nedeniyle \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 bitirmeden ilkokulu b\u0131rakmak zorunda kald\u0131 ve daha sonra d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan tamamlad\u0131. \u201c\u0130ki bu\u00e7uk sene kadar okuduktan sonra okuldan ayr\u0131ld\u0131m. Babam, \u0130mam olarak Alvar’a gitti\u011fi i\u00e7in biz de ailece oraya ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131k. Bir daha da okula gitmedim. Bir ara Korucuk’a gelmi\u015ftim. Belma \u00d6\u011fretmen beni g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ve ‘Ben seni d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131fa ge\u00e7irdim’ demi\u015fti. Fakat onun bu jesti de fayda etmedi. Okula gitmedim. \u0130lkokulu daha sonra, Erzurum’da d\u0131\u015ftan imtihanla bitirdim.\u201d
Ramiz Hoca\u2019n\u0131n Alvar\u2019a ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131ralarda 4 Nisan 1949\u2019da NATO kuruldu. \u0130kinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00e7\u0131kan kom\u00fcnist emperyalizminin muhtemel sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131, h\u00fcr milletlerin istiklal ve toprak b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc savunmak niyetiyle kurulan bir te\u015fkilatt\u0131.Tam bu s\u0131ralarda, Amerika’yla n\u00fckleer silah yar\u0131\u015f\u0131na giren Sovyetler Birli\u011fi, A\u011fustos 1949\u2019da ilk atom bombas\u0131 denemesini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.
Hocaefendi\u2019nin annesi Refia Han\u0131m\u2019\u0131n Alvar\u2019daki y\u00fck\u00fc daha da artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Hoca han\u0131m\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in k\u00f6yl\u00fcn\u00fcn kendisinden beklentileri vard\u0131. \u0130lmi de oldu\u011fundan hi\u00e7bir \u015feyden geri kalm\u0131yor, yeti\u015febildi\u011fi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc hizmete ko\u015fturuyordu. Bu arada ev i\u015flerinde en b\u00fcy\u00fck yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 da Hocaefendi\u2019ydi: \u201cBabam Alvar K\u00f6y\u00fcne imam gidince annem tamamen yaln\u0131z kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fckannem (Munise Han\u0131m) ablam\u0131 yan\u0131nda al\u0131koydu\u011fu i\u00e7in ev i\u015flerinde ona yard\u0131m etme y\u00fck\u00fc bana d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc evin en b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bendim. Ya\u015f\u0131m dokuz veya ondu. Bir taraftan h\u0131fz\u0131m\u0131 tamaml\u0131yor, di\u011fer taraftan da anneme yard\u0131m ediyordum. Hamur yo\u011furur, yemek yapar, bula\u015f\u0131k ve \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r y\u0131kamada yard\u0131mc\u0131 olurdum. Tabii ki yine de anneme d\u00fc\u015fen \u00e7ok i\u015f kal\u0131rd\u0131. Bu arada koyun ve ineklerin sa\u011f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 da o yap\u0131yordu. Velhas\u0131l anam\u0131n hayat\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle \u00e7ileydi. \u0130\u015fte b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlara ra\u011fmen bizlerin yeti\u015fmesi i\u00e7in de amans\u0131z m\u00fccadele vermi\u015fti. Bu da bana tesir eden ve hayat\u0131m\u0131n baz\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerinde yapmam gereken i\u015flerde beni y\u00f6nlendiren ve benim i\u00e7in s\u00fcreklilik arzeden tesirler aras\u0131ndad\u0131r diyebilirim.\u201d
Hocaefendi\u2019nin Alvar K\u00f6y\u00fc\u2019nde \u00e7ocukluk y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 me\u015fakkatlerle ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi g\u00fcnlerde Bedi\u00fczzaman Hazretleri hala Afyon hapsinde tutuluyordu. Mahkemenin bir karar alamamas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 \u00dcstad ve talebeleri yarg\u0131 s\u00fcrecini Afyon hapsinde ge\u00e7irdikten sonra 20 Eyl\u00fcl 1949 g\u00fcn\u00fc tahliye edildi. Ancak, beraat etmi\u015f olsa bile, 2 Aral\u0131k 1949 tarihine kadar \u00dcstad\u2019\u0131n Afyon\u2019dan ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na m\u00fcsaade edilmedi. Keyfi bir muameyle polis nezaretinde Emirda\u011f\u2019a g\u00f6nderildi. Burada iki sene ikamet etmeye mecbur b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131.
Bernard Lewis T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de (1950)<\/strong>
1950\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda, \u0130ngiliz as\u0131ll\u0131 bir Amerikal\u0131 olan Bernard Lewis T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye geldi. Osmanl\u0131 ar\u015fivlerini inceledi ve \u201cModern T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Do\u011fu\u015fu\u201d adl\u0131 kitab\u0131n\u0131 yazd\u0131. Sonralar\u0131 \u201cMedeniyetler \u00c7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131\u201d tezini ilk kez ortaya atacak olan Lewis, Bat\u0131 d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn en etkili \u0130sl\u00e2m tarih\u00e7isi ve Ortado\u011fu uzmanlar\u0131ndan biri olarak kabul edilecekti. Lewis\u2019in \u201cMedeniyetler \u00c7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131\u201d fikrine kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir taraf\u0131nda vesile olaca\u011f\u0131 sulh adac\u0131klar\u0131 ve tesis edece\u011fi diyalog k\u00f6pr\u00fcleriyle farkl\u0131 medeniyet ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri bulu\u015fturacak olan Fethullah G\u00fclen Hocaefendi o y\u0131llarda hen\u00fcz \u00e7ocuktu. Hocaefendi\u2019nin ufkunu o g\u00fcnlerde ke\u015ffedemediklerinden \u0130slam \u00e2leminin moderniteyle problemi oldu\u011funu ileri s\u00fcrerek \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmadan bahsedeceklerdi.  
Kore sava\u015f\u0131 (1950-1953)<\/strong>Kore sava\u015f\u0131 1950-1953 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Kom\u00fcnist Kuzey Kore ile G\u00fcney Kore aras\u0131nda ya\u015fand\u0131. Stalin\u2019in Kuzey Kore\u2019yi desteklemesiyle ABD sava\u015fa m\u00fcdahale etti. B\u00f6ylece, sava\u015f boyut de\u011fi\u015ftirdi ve genel bir hal alarak \u201cKom\u00fcnist blok – H\u00fcr d\u00fcnya\u201d m\u00fccadelesine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler karar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde T\u00fcrkiye Kore\u2019ye bir tugay yani 5090 asker g\u00f6nderdi. \u0130skenderun\u2019da askerlik yapmakta olan Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n talebesi Bayram Y\u00fcksel A\u011fabey de bu sava\u015fa kat\u0131ld\u0131. Zaten, \u00dcstad hazretleri \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131 inkar fikrine kar\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lan bu harbe kat\u0131lmak laz\u0131md\u0131r.\u201d diyerek fikrini beyan etmi\u015fti. Kore Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019na kat\u0131lan talebesi Bayram Y\u00fcksel ile 1907 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019da tan\u0131\u015f\u0131p dost oldu\u011fu Japon Ba\u015fkomutan\u0131\u2019na Risale-i Nur K\u00fclliyat\u0131\u2019n\u0131 g\u00f6nderdi.
Hocaefendi\u2019nin Haf\u0131zl\u0131k \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 (1951)<\/strong>
Hocaefendi, Korucuk\u2019ta 2,5 y\u0131l kadar okula gitmi\u015f, fakat Alvar\u2019da tekrar ba\u015flamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 1951 y\u0131l\u0131nda babas\u0131 Ramiz Hoca’dan Arap\u00e7a dersleri ald\u0131. Gramer kitaplar\u0131 Emsile ve Bin\u00e2\u2019dan bir miktar talim etti. Babas\u0131na ait ne kadar Osmanl\u0131ca kitap varsa okudu bu d\u00f6nemde. Ramiz Hoca\u2019daki sahabe hayranl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ona da ge\u00e7mi\u015f, onlara ait hayat hikayelerini o ya\u015flarda adeta ezberlemi\u015fti. Daha sonra Ramiz Hoca, \u00e7evresindekilerin tavsiyesi ile iki \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7ocukla beraber Hocaefendi\u2019yi de haf\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa ba\u015flatt\u0131. Ev i\u015flerinden ve hayvanlar\u0131 g\u00fctmekten vakit bulabildi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ezber yapan Hocaefendi iyi \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnlerde yar\u0131m c\u00fcz (10 sayfa) kadar ezberleyebiliyordu. Ramiz Hoca yumu\u015fak \u00fcslubuyla onu te\u015fvik ediyordu. Refia Han\u0131m da tam bir haf\u0131z olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen Hocaefendi\u2019nin ezberlerini dinliyordu.  ‘Ben \u015fahsen haf\u0131z\u0131m ve hayat\u0131mda iki defa haf\u0131zl\u0131k yapanlardan\u0131m. Bir, on k\u00fcsur ya\u015flar\u0131ndayken babam yapt\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Baz\u0131 sebeplerden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fczerinde duramad\u0131\u011f\u0131mdan tamamen unutmu\u015ftum. Daha sonra 1980’lerde tekrar d\u00f6rt ayda haf\u0131z oldum. Fakat kem\u00e2l-i samimiyetle s\u00f6ylemeliyim ki, onu her okuyu\u015fta yeni yeni ufuklar, yeni yeni k\u0131talar ke\u015ffediyor gibi oldum. Ona g\u00f6nl\u00fcn\u00fc veren herkesin de ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc zannediyorum. Elverir ki, m\u00e2n\u00e2ya \u00e2\u015fina olarak ondaki il\u00e2hi maksatlar takip edilebilsin ve biraz da konsantrasyon i\u00e7inde cidd\u00ee bir bi\u00e7imde okunsun.\u2019 Hocaefendi, bu gayretlerinin yan\u0131nda Alvar k\u00f6y\u00fcnde \u201cAlvarl\u0131 Efe\u201d olarak bilinen \u015eeyh Muhammed L\u00fctfi Efendi\u2019den de dersler ald\u0131. Bu arada, 1951\u2019de Hocaefendi\u2019nin karde\u015fi Fazilet do\u011fdu.
Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n Papa ile Diyalog Faaliyetleri (1951)<\/strong>
Bu d\u00f6nemde Bedi\u00fczzaman\u2019\u0131n d\u00fcnya insanlar\u0131 ile diyaloga ge\u00e7ti\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Z\u00fclfikar adl\u0131 eser Vatikan\u2019a Katoliklerin dini lideri Papa\u2019ya g\u00f6nderildi (1951). Ayn\u0131 y\u0131l, Vatikan\u2019dan gelen yaz\u0131da g\u00f6nderilen \u201cel yaz\u0131s\u0131 g\u00fczel eser\u201d i\u00e7in te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediliyordu. 
Hocaefendi\u2019nin Hasankale G\u00fcnleri (1952)<\/strong>
Babas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131yla h\u0131fz\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayan Hocaefendi, ertesi y\u0131l yaz mevsiminde ilk defa ev ve tarla i\u015flerinden muaf tutularak Hasankale\u2019de Hac\u0131 S\u0131dk\u0131 Efendi diye bilinen bir zattan talim ve tecvit okumaya ba\u015flad\u0131 (1952). Ancak Hasankale’de kalacak yeri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in Alvar’dan her g\u00fcn 7-8 kilometrelik yolu yaya olarak gidip gelmesi gerekiyordu. Hac\u0131 S\u0131dk\u0131 Efendi bezzazd\u0131, manifatura i\u015fleri yap\u0131yordu. Sadece Allah r\u0131zas\u0131 i\u00e7in talebe okutuyordu. Fakat, i\u015finden bo\u015fald\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlarda ancak d\u00fckkan\u0131nda bir-iki talebeyle me\u015fgul olabiliyordu. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, talebelerin \u00f6\u011flen yemeklerini de kendisi kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yordu.  Bu tarihlerde, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na bela olacak n\u00fckleer silahlanma yar\u0131\u015f\u0131nda Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri \u201cMike\u201d adl\u0131 ilk hidrojen bombas\u0131n\u0131n denemesini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyordu (1952).
Hocaefendi, Kur\u015funlu Camii Medresesi\u2019nde (1952)<\/strong>
Ramiz Efendi, Alvar ile Hasankale aras\u0131nda bir \u00e7ocuk i\u00e7in \u00e7ok uzun say\u0131lacak bir yolu, evlad\u0131n\u0131n her g\u00fcn yaya olarak gidip gelmesinden endi\u015fe duymaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu y\u00fczden, onu art\u0131k Hasankale’ye g\u00f6ndermedi. Hocaefendi, yeniden Alvar K\u00f6y\u00fc\u2019nde babas\u0131 Ramiz Hoca\u2019dan ders almaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Ama bunlar kendisi i\u00e7in yeterli de\u011fildi. Evlad\u0131n\u0131n ilim alan\u0131ndaki hevesinin ve kabiliyetlerinin fark\u0131nda olan Ramiz Hoca, nas\u0131l bir yol izlemesi gerekti\u011fine karar veremiyordu. Hocaefendi, bu aray\u0131 yine \u00e7e\u015fitli kitaplar okuyarak ge\u00e7irdi.\u0130\u015fte tam bu karars\u0131zl\u0131k d\u00f6neminde, Alvar \u0130mam\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u2018bunu mutlaka okutal\u0131m!\u2019 tavsiyesi ve yol g\u00f6stermesi \u00fczerine Hocaefendi, 1952 y\u0131l\u0131nda Erzurum\u2019da Kur\u015funlu Camii medreselerinde talebe okutan Alvar \u0130mam\u0131\u2019n\u0131n torunu Sadi Efendi\u2019nin yan\u0131na verildi.<\/strong> Hocaefendi\u2019den be\u015f alt\u0131 ya\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fck olan Sadi Efendi temiz ve mazbut bir insand\u0131. Ancak ya\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok gen\u00e7ti ve tecr\u00fcbesizdi.  Kur\u015funlu Camii Medresesi, tavan\u0131 ah\u015fap, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir medreseydi. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131 yukar\u0131 iki kilim boyu kadar bir yerde be\u015f-alt\u0131 insan kal\u0131yordu. Hocaefendi ilk defa burada medreseye ba\u015flayacakt\u0131. Kolunda bir sand\u0131k vard\u0131 ve b\u00fct\u00fcn e\u015fyas\u0131 da ondan ibaretti.Fethullah G\u00fclen Hocaefendi bu medresede iki bu\u00e7uk ay i\u00e7inde Emsile, Bina ve Merah’\u0131 metin ezberleyerek okudu. \u0130zhar’\u0131 bitirdi. Akranlar\u0131na g\u00f6re h\u0131zl\u0131 ilerliyordu. K\u00e2fiye okumas\u0131na l\u00fczum g\u00f6r\u00fclmedi ve Molla C\u00e2mi’ye ba\u015flad\u0131.Caminin etraf\u0131ndaki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck odalardan olu\u015fan medresede \u00e7o\u011funlukla patatesten ba\u015fka yemek pi\u015fmiyordu. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcc\u00fck odalarda yerde has\u0131r, has\u0131r\u0131n \u00fczerinde yataklar\u0131 vard\u0131. Odas\u0131nda yeme\u011fini kendisi yap\u0131yordu.  Abd\u00fclhal\u0131k G\u00f6me\u00e7 o g\u00fcnlerde Fethullah G\u00fclen Hocaefendi ile beraber okuyan arkada\u015flar\u0131ndan biriydi.  G\u00f6me\u00e7, o g\u00fcnleri \u015f\u00f6yle tasvir ediyor:\u201cOkudu\u011fumuz medrese \u00e7ok ilkeldi. Yere bir has\u0131r atar ve onun \u00fczerine serdi\u011fimiz yata\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda oturur, uyur, yer, i\u00e7er, ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rd\u0131k. Kiler dedi\u011fimiz bir yer vard\u0131, erzaklar orada dururdu. \u00c7ok karanl\u0131k bir yerdi; Kur\u015funlu Medresesi’nin hapishane oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemlerde idamlar burada infaz edilirmi\u015f… G\u00fclen, haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa tahamm\u00fcl\u00fc olmayan bir insand\u0131. Bir g\u00fcn arkada\u015flardan biri bana s\u00f6vd\u00fc. H\u0131rs\u0131mdan oturup a\u011flad\u0131m. O beni a\u011flar g\u00f6r\u00fcnce, derdimi sordu, \u00f6\u011frendi. Bana s\u00f6ven \u00e7ocu\u011fun yakas\u0131n\u0131 tuttu ve onu d\u00f6vd\u00fc. Sert miza\u00e7l\u0131yd\u0131. G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc-kuvvetliydi. Ama g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ve kuvvetini hi\u00e7bir zaman haks\u0131zl\u0131ktan veya g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcden yana kullanmazd\u0131. Bir foto\u011fraf\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131r. O \u00fc\u00e7 d\u00fc\u011fmeli ceketiyle… B\u00fct\u00fcn varl\u0131kl\u0131 gen\u00e7ler \u00fc\u00e7 d\u00fc\u011fmeli ceket giyerdi. O g\u00fcnlerde modayd\u0131. Fethullah G\u00fclen pantolonunun da \u00fct\u00fcl\u00fc olmas\u0131na itina ederdi. Sa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7 da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k g\u00f6rmedim.\u201dHocaefendi\u2019nin bir ba\u015fka medrese arkada\u015f\u0131 olan Sadi Kayhan da o g\u00fcnleri \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle dile getiriyor:\u201c1953 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kur\u015funlu Medresesine gittim. Hocaefendi de orada talebeydi. Tan\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z burada oldu. Ancak o devrelerde Medreseler bak\u0131ms\u0131zd\u0131. Talebeyi himaye eden hamiyet sahibi insan \u00e7ok azd\u0131. Onun i\u00e7in bizim medresede patatesten ba\u015fka yemek pi\u015fmezdi. Her oda yeme\u011fini kendi pi\u015firir ve yemek pi\u015firme n\u00f6betle yap\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131. Ancak Hocaefendi’nin odas\u0131nda yemekleri hep o yapard\u0131. Her yemekten evvel i\u015ftah\u0131m\u0131 kabart\u0131r ve “Size \u00f6yle bir yemek yapt\u0131m ki parma\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 \u0131s\u0131racaks\u0131n\u0131z” derdi. Biz de bug\u00fcn ba\u015fka bir yemek yiyece\u011fiz zannederdik. Halbuki yine \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze patates yeme\u011fi gelirdi. Ancak Hocaefendi her defas\u0131nda patatesin ba\u015fka bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc yeme\u011fini yapard\u0131.Kendi i\u015fini daima kendisi yapard\u0131. Hi\u00e7 kimse onu bir ba\u015fkas\u0131na i\u015f buyururken g\u00f6rmedi. Elinden geldi\u011fince ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fini g\u00f6rmeyi severdi ve severek yard\u0131mda bulunurdu.Halk\u0131n kanaatine mal olmu\u015f baz\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri hi\u00e7 \u00e7ekinmeden tenkit ederdi. Bilhassa, m\u00fcbala\u011fal\u0131 anlat\u0131mlar\u0131n hep kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda olmu\u015ftur.Halk\u0131n sevdi\u011fi ve okuyup dinledi\u011fi baz\u0131 k\u0131ssalar vard\u0131. O bu k\u0131ssalar\u0131n birer uydurma oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yler ve kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Biz onun bu t\u00fcr davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 o g\u00fcn i\u00e7in yad\u0131rgard\u0131k. Halbuki aradan seneler ge\u00e7tikten sonra onun ne kadar hakl\u0131 oldu\u011funu anlad\u0131k.\u0130lmin izzetini muhafazada onun kadar hassas davranan\u0131 hat\u0131rlam\u0131yorum. O g\u00fcnlerde bir cenaze oldu\u011funda bizi g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcrler, hatim okuturlar ve cebimize \u00fc\u00e7 be\u015f kuru\u015f har\u00e7l\u0131k koyarlard\u0131. Biz b\u00f6yle bir g\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00f6rt g\u00f6zle beklerdik. \u00c7o\u011fumuz itibariyle fakirdik, paraya ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131. Fakat Hocaefendi ne kadar ihtiya\u00e7 sahibi de olsa b\u00f6yle yerlere gitmezdi. Hatta gidenlere de mani olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rd\u0131. Bu esnada kavgaya varan m\u00fcnaka\u015falar\u0131 dahi olmu\u015ftur.\u00c7ok temiz giyinirdi. Kendi e\u015fyas\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015fkas\u0131na kulland\u0131rmazd\u0131. Hatta \u00fczerine oturdu\u011fu bir postu vard\u0131. Bazen arkada\u015flar ona oturmak isterdi. Hocaefendi latife yollu, “arkada\u015f, ben kolay kolay, kimseye post kapt\u0131rmam” der ve postuna kimseyi oturtmazd\u0131.E\u015fyayla m\u00fcnasebeti \u00e7ok derindendi. Bizi hi\u00e7 ilgilendirmeyen \u015feylerle o \u00e7ok yak\u0131ndan ilgilenirdi. Yeni g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir \u015fey olursa muhakkak b\u00fct\u00fcn tafsilat\u0131yla onu \u00f6\u011frenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rd\u0131. \u0130nsanlar\u0131 tan\u0131mada da hassas davran\u0131rd\u0131. Bir arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ziyaret\u00e7isi gelse, onun kimli\u011fi hakk\u0131nda muhakkak malumat edinirdi. Tabii ki bir daha da o \u015fahs\u0131 unutmazd\u0131. Biz onun bu huyuna hayret ederdik. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 bir ruha sahipti, diyebilirim.O bizim medresemizin maddi manevi \u00e7ekip \u00e7evireni durumundayd\u0131. Bu mevzuda kimse onunla boy \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc\u015fmeye kalkmazd\u0131. Hepimiz bu durumu kabullenmi\u015ftik. Bize kendisinin katiyyen b\u00f6yle bir zorlamas\u0131 yoktu. Ancak onda bir heybet vard\u0131 ki yan\u0131nda bulunan herkese bu tesir eder ve ona kar\u015f\u0131 sayg\u0131 duyard\u0131. Haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa tahamm\u00fcl\u00fc yoktu.
